Nightmare, nightmare. …the worst ever in all the aspects of the sevice end of it. Doesn’t matter if you have a 50k or a 100k RV, I’ve been more than patient, understanding, calm, collective etc… … the people that operate in the pasco end of the service, are truly defined as, unprofessional, not punctual in any way shape or form, have a hard time understanding what a call back is, when they say they will call you right back, super unorganized, no one seems to be on the same page, and on top of that you get attitude when you call them after you spoke to them and they are the ones who’s said that they would call you the next day and it’s been months and no word… I’m done with these guys, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. …
IF YOU LIVE IN THE TRI CITIES, THE DRIVE TO POST FALLS WILL BE WORTH IT I’M SURE OF THAT… sucks feeling like this. all I want is my stuff fixed.

If it were possible to give a –10 that’s were I would add Blue Dog RV. purchased a 60.000 $ Motor Home they had it for a 2 weeks to check it out. I needed it for my vacation. I got there and it looked like it was lived in. Crumbs behind sofa and in the mattress of the bed. Stained in shower. And a fresh water leek. And they haven’t even added the microwave that organelle needed replace. and the entertainment center was a disaster. The faucet leaked. But did not catch tell after I left with it. So i pick it up and did not catch faucet leak. The freshwater I ask them about they said it was from when they tested it. And it well stop. The entertainment I did not notice tell I need to use it. So I left out with it had to hire some one to clean it. The shower was stained and was able to get it out. They sad they tried. The first time I used it stayed at KOA campground and the black tank started to stink the trailer out. So I went to get some black tank deodorizer flushed it and gravel came out of the tank when flushing it. Took 6 months to get the stench out by flushing it every week. Then I left there and Transmion gos out. And I still have a freshwater leek and I have entertainment that don’t work a tank that stinks and now there’s a leek in the roof. omg its racking up. Its Like a very bad divorce. And Blue Dog RV acts as tho its normal and not concerned. Needles to say how much I am unhappy. Buy from a dealer who takes care and fixes the stuff before they put them on the lot. This dealer buys them from auctions and strait to the lot –10 and lower you can rate it if you like.

So far we haven’t been impressed with Blue Dog RV. Our sales rep was awesome but the service end is less than desirable! Two weeks to get our RV in for factory repairs (still only a few weeks old!) and a week later still not fixed! We have to wait for parts and fix it ourselves! The Duratain coating was paid for when we bought the RV and we still 2 months later still don’t have it on our RV. We are making our second payment in a week and still have not had everything fixed on it. Very disappointed and very upset. Will never do business here again.

I purchased a toy hauler a month ago or so. Chuck Davis, the salesman was awesome. Best RV buying experience I’ve ever had. Steve Smith, the technician that did the walk through with me, was very knowledgable and frienldy. Jessica (parts/​service), has been nothing less than professional in my dealings with her. I will highly recommend Blue Dog to anyone I know that is considering making an RV purchase.

After looking at Class A and Class C motor homes my wife and I finally decided on a 2005 Class C motor home from Blue Dog RV. 2 weeks before Labor Day weekend we pulled the trigger on the coach. When we were deciding on which one we wanted and where we were going to buy we made it very clear that we were taking a trip in 2 weeks and would need the motorhome to be ready the weekend before Labor Day so we could get it ready for our trip. Part of the deal of trading in our other rigs was we were getting a check back from them that we were going to use to buy a flatbed trailer for pulling our Jeep behind. We were assured by the salesman and also the finace director that these things would happen and our coach would be ready the following thursday or friday and that our check would be ready no later than the following monday (9 days after signing). As of right now it has been 10 days since signing, the coach will not be ready until tomorrow (2 days before trip) and the check is being mailed to us today from the corporate offices in another state (add 2 more days) which means that our plans to pull our Jeep behind the motorhome are now shot. This was the whole point of the trip. On top of that, I never received a call from them the week prior to them finally finishing their inspection on it that it needed a few things replaced that they would have to order. I had to physically go down to the dealership and find out the status of it on my own. While at the dealership, we noticed a couple of dents in the door and mentioned that they were not there when we bought the vehicle. We were rudely told by the salesman that they had been there before and he slammed the door to our RV and stormed off. Not very happy with the whole experience or the staff. Highly recommend you steer clear of this place. Yea, they move a lot of units but that just goes to show that they are more worried about moving units than taking care of their customers.
