R-​P Nurseries is an independent Garden Center and Landscape Service provider. We have been owned and operated by the same family in Willowdale since our inception in 1866. We offer residential and commercial landscape design, installation, hardscaping, walls, patios, walkways, water features, trimming, mowing and general maintenance. Our complete garden center offers many unusual varieties of trees, shrubs, annuals, perennials, vegetables and herbs. We also carry gardening tools, mulches, soils and fertilizers for all of your gardening needs. Our gift shop contains specialty cards and gifts for all ages and interests.

History

Established in 1866.

Started in 1866 as the Rakestraw Pyle Company, we originally sold bare root tree stock up and down the east coast. Moving to landscape services in the mid 20^th century and finally opening our garden center in 1985, RP Nurseries is still owned by the same family and continues to grow.
