A Catered Affair specializes in hand crafted hors d’ oeuvres and bountiful food displays by using fresh, local ingredients. We customize every menu for our clients and are always creating new and impressive dishes to fit every party theme.

The New Bolton Café provides café and personal chef services to the students of The University of Pennsylvania on campus in Kennett Square. Fresh meals are prepared daily for students, employees and outside clients through our Personal Chef services.

Jamie started her business doing small events and working with family members and friends, but today A Catered Affair has catered for many events, big and small for any occasion.

Business Owner

As a young Italian girl, Jamie was raised grating Locatelli and rolling meatballs for Sunday dinner. In her teen years, she spent many days in the kitchen discovering new ingredients and creating delicious recipes. She studied Business Management at James Madison University where she focused on management & entrepreneurship. Jamie then took her love of cooking to JNA Institute of Culinary Arts studying culinary arts with a concentration in restaurant management. Today, Jamie takes pride in the beauty she creates with her food and opening people’s eyes to the art of the culinary world.
