History

Established in 2010.

The owner of Rapidteck has been repairing, upgrading, installing, and Maintaining computers and networks professionally for 20 years. He started this business several years ago now and the business was mainly done on the side of his work in product development for A Tremendous Telecom internet, television, cellular, and security provider.

The business came about as an idea because his mother, family, and friends would always have problems with their computers and he would fix them. So he correctly assumed the general public had these problems as well. He also wanted to provide a service of this type which had a good value point and cared about the services and customers they serviced.

We also found out that our services were of value in the small business arena and we have several small business which retain our services.
