Food was great, we didn’t have to wait, and Devin is the best server we’ve had in a long time, anywhere!

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. No wonder they have to give pie away on Wednesdays. Where do I start? Our waiter was pathetic. Wish I knew his name just to call him out lol. First he forgot to put in our order of potato skins. Then when asked he said o yeh I put them in. Clearly he hadn’t. #2 got the cedar plank salmon. Wasn’t even cooked. Check out the pics I attached. This isn’t the first time here either. It’s honestly about the third time. Our waiter also couldn’t keep our drinks refilled. Just poor service all around. Then to top it off asked for apple pie for my free piece. Figured surely they could handle that. He brought it out. Box marked Apple like I wanted. Got home and it was caramel? No lid on the cool whip. Just sorry service. This place is going down hill by the second

This is my favorite Ol Charley’s. I have only ordered take out but but my food and service is always EXCELLENT! Yes all caps because I am screaming. A cute young girl named Drew usually works the lunch take out and she is so sweet over the phone. Yes ma’am this and that… somebody raised this girl right! When you get there she immediately greets you and takes care of getting your money quickly and getting you your food. I always get the Cajun Chicken Pasta and it is always delicious. They have a little checklist attached to the bag to ensure that you got silverware, rolls etc. It’s my weekly guilty pleasure. Thank you Drew and Ol Charley’s Kennesaw.

DIRTYDIRTYDIRTY. Smelled like dirty rags from the first step in. Then dirty plate and silverware. Couldn’t stomach it to stay for a meal…

Quality has gone WAY downhill since our last visit. The service has fallen off as well. 1. The spinach and artichoke dip was a soupy mess of overcooked spinach, some unidentifiable white sauce and a single sliver of avocado. 2. The prime rib entrée had the mouth feel of frozen-nuked meat. My wife reported that hers had the consistency of baby food — «maybe junior food.» The service matched the food quality. We asked for the butter and sour cream to be served on the side. I don’t like my potato wallowing in butterfat. It was plopped right on top of the potato, except for the scoop that missed entirely and landed in the faux«au jus» served with the rib. When the food runner delivered the entrees, we asked him to remove the appetizer plate(it was inedible anyway). He said he would be back to do it. He never returned and we hunted in vain for our server. The server returned about ten minutes later as my wife and I were cutting away the masses of fat from the meat. She asked«Would you like a box for that?» I had just started eating! We thanked her and sent her on her way. Ten minutes later, she appeared again. «Here’s your check. Whenever you’re ready.» It was like the old vaudeville routine: «Here’s your hat and coat … Oh! Are you leaving so soon?» It’s not as if the restaurant were crowded. It wasn’t. It also wasn’t near the end of service. It was just bizarre. Summary: Poor food, badly served.

We came especially for the prime rib special on Sunday. Of course after we had ordered it & got our appetizer after 10 – 15 mins. Our waitress told us they had a computer issues. They were out of it! Ugh! The waitress was really nice about it but we weren’t the one experienced this problem.

I am giving this place five stars because I am reviewing it for what it is… an O’Charley’s chain restaurant. I know people will probably be offended that I would give this place this high of a rating but I am not expecting fine dining. I just want a solid experience with well prepared food. I had the grilled salmon with broccoli and asparagus. The salmon was cooked really well and the vegitables were quite good and were not over salted or drowned in butter. The waiter, Nik, we had was wonderful. He was very attentive and extremely polite. He was definitely making sure that we enjoyed our experience and was very serious about his job, which is hard to find these days in a lot of establishments. All in all I have no complaints and it was as good of an experience as one could ask for at a chain restaurant.

Usually, we have a good to great experience here. My wife and I are frequent customers. However, I need to warn other Unilocalers about: don’t get the prime rub on Sunday evening! I went in last night(9÷7÷14) to try the ribeye, but the waitress(Monica) pushed me towards the prime rib. Okay, I’ll give it a try. Big mistake. O’Charley’s has a prime rib weekend deal, and I’m guessing that they had some old, «un-fresh» meat they needed to get rid of. I won’t be trying their prime rib again.

Order was put in wrong causing a long wait but manager said meal was on him. We will have to think twice before returning to this location again.

By far the best O’ Charelys I’ve ate at! I wish I remembered my waiters name, he was absolutely amazing! All three of my children were treated like adults, which my daughter ate up. Our drinks stayed full and our appetizers were extremely hot! Our food was absolutely amazing and exactly what I asked for. Only complaint, but it’s more of a pet peeve than a complaint was that the lights were dimmed so much I couldn’t read the menu good. We will defiantly be back!

I actually go here lots! I dine in as well as take out. The person at the take out is usually Will and ironically when I call he knows my voice. I have ordered many items off of their menu but the one item I love is their California chicken salad. It comes with chicken obviously. strawberries, walnuts, oranges, cranberries and other goodies. The balsamic vinegar dressing they serve with it is delish also and they always hook me up with additional rolls. I am not much of a big bread eater but I do love their rolls. This is a must visit on my list!

Best place in the area for quality dining. Their prime rib(weekends only) is one of the best I have had — sweat and melts in your mouth. Management and servers are outstanding. Ask to sign up for their customer loyalty program — 20 — 30% discounts. And if they expire, ask your server for help — very cooperative and will work with you.

We enjoy dinners here fairly often and 9÷21÷13 was no exception. Steak and chicken tenders with lovely baked potato hit the spot, all perfectly cooked. Side salad just OK, as was the fried cheese appetizer. Warm friendly waiter enhanced meal.

Everyone does their very best to make each visit count. I’ve been here three times for lunch and once for take-out. And each time, different servers and greeters. They all deserve to be commended for taking great pains to make sure everything was«just right» for my guests and me. I’ve ordered the Santa Fe Tilapia more than once. I have enjoyed each serving. They do as good a job in the kitchen as they do in the front of the house. Their affordable, varied menu can satisfy any wallet or purse and food craving. I never would have dropped in were it not for a suggestion of a co-worker. What the heck is an O’Charley’s anyway? But, now that I know what they’re all about, I’m glad. And I hope you take this friendly suggestion and give them a shot if you haven’t yet.

I use to come here for lunch when I worked in this area. Love the bread rolls, but that’s about it. They used to serve catfish… now it’s just fried cod. Ugh… haven’t been back since because their menu is limited.

I get take-out from this location on a pretty regular basis. My favorite is the California Grilled Chicken Salad… YUM! The potato soup is definitely a winner as well. They always give me a few extra rolls at no cost if I ask, which I always do! They’re always ready when I arrive. Nice employees! Can’t say that I’ve ever had any issues!

Oh no, O’Charley’s, never again for this vegan. Not that you could help it, it was one of those forced work lunches, a coworker’s birthday celebration, one of those obligatory events out of which one would rather bow gracefully, but out of which one cannot really, despite«dietary restrictions» of the ethical vegan kind. Sure, sure, your menu was studied online in advance, hence the desire to «bow out» above mentioned, but there was nothing for me, nothing remotely«lunch”-like, and yet I went, anyway. First there was your hostess — when she asked how many in our party we told her, and she had the audacity to ask, «Are you kidding?». No, why would we kid? She claimed her leg had been pulled recently. Look, lady, your hostess-PTSD needs to stay INSIDE your head, not outside. Then there was that«Made-From-Scratch Strawberry Lemonade» at $ 3.49 — sounded great, even arrived with a little sliced strawberry on top(no doubt non-organic and loaded with pesticides, but it’s only lunch, hey!). SICKENINGLY sweet. Sad. And then that«A La Carte» House Salad, no cheese, no croutons(when did salads all start coming with CHEESE?), for $ 3.99. Oy. Yellow iceberg lettuce, a slice of tired cucumber, and was there a slice of tomato or two(I have attempted to block the memory)?. Yes, I ate it, all of it, with some overly vinegary dressing that was the only vegan choice. It made me cough, that dressing. Finally my ENTREE(cough, cough): Fresh Asparagus @ $ 3.49. There are a lot of items on your menu marked«Fresh», as if you once served«not so fresh». A sad white elliptical plate adorned with several slender asparagus spears arrived… sans anything else. I mean, really. Would a lemon slice/wedge have set you back that much? Sure, it was edible. But this was by far the worst lunch I’ve had in years. Ever? Oh, the ubiquitous chain restaurant which caters to overweight Americans. Not for this vegan. Top of the mornin’ to ya, O’Charley — take good care now.

Met a friend for lunch. The staff were friendly, and I was seated promptly. The lunch menu is rather spartan, but has the usual suspects(salads, burger, sandwich, and soup). I ordered the club sandwich. I expected a two-layer(three pieces of bread) packed sandwich; instead I got a sandwich with less meat than you’d get at subway, and an anemic portion of fries(which at least were hot). The legendary rolls(which were underbaked) came out *after* our meals arrived, and my waitperson, while friendly, took way too long to refill my drink, and bring the mustard that I requested instead of the honey mustard that normally comes with the sandwich. So not worth the $ 7.49. For that kind of money, I could have stuffed myself on a Subway, Blimpie, Kroger, or Publix sandwich.
