I really dislike this location. I usually go to the acworth marshill location, but Iwas in kennesaw this day. I scheduled an appoint for an oil change and tire rotation at 1pm. My car wasnt taken back until 2:30pm!!! My car was finally done at 3:55pm. When i got into my car, my tire needs rotation light was still on! I would have gone back if i didnt have to pick up my son from school. Very disappointed.

Great service all around. Make an appointment, and they started on time and it was done very fast. Everyone was friendly, except for the store manager, which was weird, but the service was great, I will be bal here for future services

Just an oil change and tire rotation but they did a fine job. It took a little longer than I expected since it was not very busy.

Took my 2013 Honda Civic to get an oil change here this past weekend. Quick service, fair price. Paid about $ 70 for a full synthetic oil change /​tire rotation vs. paying around $ 130 at Honda dealership for the same price.
Employees were quick, not too talkative which I like. Didn’t try to sell me anything or make me feel like my car was going to fall apart if I didn’t buy a certain thing.
I’d come again :)

I have the lifetime warranty from here on my tires so when I got a flat tire last night I knew I would be in good hands. Well I had recently just bought three tires from Sams, but I was thinking the one that blew was one from NTB. I got there around 9:15 am and they checked the tire come to find out it was my new one that had got messed up. I told the guy that the car felt wobbly like something was right and he said there could just be something dangling and that I might need to take it to the Toyota shop. So, I drove away on my way to Sams and then the NTB guys flagged me down in the parking lot. Apparently the spare tire wasn’t put on all the way by the AAA guy. Needles to stay they fixed everything for me and I was just so moved that I had bought their lunch. They really went out of there way to make sure that I was safe on the road. It really touched me because that night I had been traveling with my two roommates, my roomates sister, and a 6 month old baby, which had me freaked out because we stranded on the expressway. It really touched me that they fixed the spare tire for me even though it wasn’t their issue. I will continue to buy from them, great service!!!

I was forced to get a tire due to nail damage yesterday. With the mileage on my car I thought I’d be getting 3 tires replaced (one had been replaced due to a blowout 4 months ago). Anthony took a look at them and said I could get 10k more out of them so didn’t have to replace them right now. I let them do the front end alignment because even before they told me, I knew it needed to be done. They let me know about other issues, air & cabin filters, battery at some point soon but didn’t overly pressure me to do them now. I appreciated that because those are simple things I can do myself. I’ll go back to them for the front two tires when the time comes.

I went in because my temp was redlining and heater didn’t work after this location replaced my radiator a month before. It was a Monday just before 11am, I had taken a personal day to get some work done around the house. OVER FIVE HOURS LATER, I left with a new thermostat and radiator flush. I could have walked home (1.5 miles), but they kept saying, «an hour, tops»…then «few more minutes». A complete disregard of my time if not my money too. They also lied on the ticket saying I arrived at noon. So why wasn’t the thermostat addressed the first time? They also didn’t mention my brakes were going bad either, I had to have those replaced last week — and they were really bad. I’ve relied on this place for tires for years, but beyond that I wouldn’t trust them at all. Now I’m not going back for anything.

I worked in the area and took my vehicle for oil changes and recently an alignment. They didn’t do a proper alignment and last time they changed my oil, my radiator cap was ‘mysteriously’ loose so all my anti-​freeze leaked during a trip. The management was horrible because after quitting my job in the area, they said the company I worked for still owed money so they were very rude to me and seemed like they did not want to work on my vehicle EVEN though I was a return customer. I worked in retail for 5 years and I have to say this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Poor service, poor treatment. I write this review because of how disgusting my experience really was. The NTB in douglasville warrantied my alignment and took excellent care of me so AVOID THIS NTB IN KENNESAW. Its YOUR money, don’t let them fool you.

OK! Your name is National Tire and Battery. You specialize in batteries for all types of cars. Um… Why am I waiting in your waiting room for 2 hours with NO explaination, and no other customers while you try to get every after market battery made for my car, into my car, and you can’t do it?!
I found out later why. BUT, you SPECIALIZE in replacement batteries, you should also SPECIALIZE in removing the flange built into the battery box to hold the original battery, and make room for the replacement.
