Mobile Dirty Dog Grooming

I just had Tracey over at my house to groom my wife and my two Shih Tzu’s. She did a fantastic job! She did a great job on my Shih Tzu puppy’s first haircut, and my puppy is very squirmy! We decided to use Mobile Dirty Dog Groomers on a recommendation from my neighbour who has been using them for awhile and is also very pleased with their service. We will certainly be using them again!

This is the 3^rd mobile grooming service I’ve tried for our 14 year old corgi/​golden mix & it’s the service I’ll stay with. Olivia got back to me promptly & was able to accommodate my schedule perfectly. Tracey was our groomer & was very good with Maddie. She was very thorough & Maddie looks beautiful.

My dog is 12yrs old has a couple special needs so I decided to try them out. It helps with my dogs anxiety as well. She does an amazing job everytime and is genuinely caring with my boy. Always works well with my schedule.

So I just had the groomer leave about 2 hours ago. I am homeschooling my kids, and having to hear one of you 4.5 lb Yorkies Unilocaling every two minutes, and then having the groomer tell me that she cut one of my other dogs… and I don’t just mean a little nick, either. There is a chunk of skin hanging off from up under the back left leg of my dog. Not only that, but my daughter noticed she nicked my dog’s ear as well. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she said ok, but totally didn’t give me what I asked for. My other Yorkie (the one who kept Unilocaling) has one ear shorter than the other because of an injury she suffered as a young puppy. The groomers I had in the past cut the fur around the deformed ear to make it look like both ears were the same size. This woman cut the fur down so now my baby looks lopsided. And to top off the whole thing, the groomer was deaf! The communication barrier that was there was an issue. She may have been able to read lips, but that isn’t enough. She had on a hearing aid, but I think she had the thing turned off. My dogs were so exhausted and traumatized by the grooming session they have been underfoot and sticking to me like glue since the woman left.
I will NEVER EVER have these people at my house again to groom my fuzzy babies. This is utterly ridiculous. Now I am going to have to get the one that was seriously nicked into the vet to remove this hanging chunk of skin and fix the area.

Tracy took over for Olivia as they are now working together. I thought no one could beat Olivia but Tracy was just as good. She loves the dogs and does A great job. We will definitely use her again

Tracey came out for the first time today, and we are so pleased! My dog looks beautiful, and was so happy to be at home, groomed in her very own kitchen! We have been through several groomers who don’t listen to our instructions at all. Tracey did everything I asked, with no problems. Also, whenever I pick my dog up from the groomers, she is so stressed out and exhausted. This was such a pleasant experience for her, I will recommend it to everyone! This service is so much more personal than using a groomer van, and the dog’s comfort was of the highest concern. Snookie loves her new friend Tracey!
