I never leave reviews or even make accounts on apps like this but people need to know my experience with this auto repair shop. I just bought a car recently used with high milage. Its a mercedes ml320 amazing vehicle looks almost new, but I bought it with no working windows and shotty door locks. The dealer saud he would take care of the issues but i cant seem to get ahold of him. So i thought id deal with it myself. Recently i have also had starting issues which showed when he couldnt start the car to see what was wrong.
What i am upset with was that the people running this shop acted like they wanted nothing to do with fixing my car or me being there at all he kept repeating call the guy that some it to you. Did not pop the hood once. Litterally did not wabt me business And was quite rude the intire time so i finally got my car to start and said good day. All i really expect is respect. And maybe good business. I want to give you my money. Take it.

They are very friendly and super helpful. They told me about a service bulletin for my car which was very helpful.

Well after my second time dealing with these fine gentlemen I feel compelled to leave feedback. Marc and Kent know how to handle a business. They are upfront, honest and easy to deal with. You get what you pay for and these guys are now my go to mechanics. They helped get my hoopty back on the road running smoothly. can’t recommend em enough, great guys!

I would be steering you wrong if I gave these guys less than a 5-​star review. I needed immediate attention on my car as it was rough idling. I went on Unilocal and found this shop. I called them and they were very busy, but I explained my situation, and they told me to bring my car in. I had the car there in 10 minutes and they found the issue in a matter of 30 minutes. Within 2 hours, all was fixed and the car was running like new again. K M Auto Care, Inc. did the job right and at a fair price. It has been months since the engine was repaired and is still running strong!

KM Auto Care provides exceptional customer service! My family has been going to them for years, but I consistently went to Toyota. I got my oil changed there a couple of weeks ago due to time constraints and convenience (now I will go intentionally).
This past week, my car started dinging and alerted a message: «Low oil pressure. Pull off the road in a safe place and stop the engine immediately. Contact Dealer». So that’s what I did, except for the first call I made was to KM to find out what I should do, seeing as how they just changed my oil. I spoke with the owner, Kent, and he got my location and immediately drove 30 miles away (during Atlanta rush hour) to check on the car personally. I couldn’t believe that he would drive so far, as I am by no means a loyal customer. And I can’t even describe the comfort it provided knowing that a mechanic was going to come check out my car on the side of the road.
Long story short, I ended up getting my car towed to KM Auto (through my car insurance luckily), and it turns out Toyota use to use a rubber part and the rubber had hardened and rotted and a hole developed creating the abrupt massive oil leak. Kent ordered a new part (Toyota came to their senses and made it metal now), and had my car back to proper working order in no time.
I honestly have never seen such excellent customer service, especially related to car care. I will not be going to Toyota any more. They would never hop in the car to see if their service caused an issue (which obviously my issue was not related to the oil change I recently had). KM Auto Care is trustworthy, reliable, consistent and affordable.

Quality work.
Honesty.
Integrity.
I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

After receiving a «recommendation» that I replace the brake pads on my car and flush out and replace the transmission fluid from a national brand up the street, I didn’t feel right about it took my car to K M Auto Care after reading so many positive reviews. I’m so glad that I did. Not only did they get me in to take a look within 30 minutes, would have done the work the same day if necessary, but 10 minutes after pulling into the garage Matt came and told me to have a nice day because no work was needed. I sincerely appreciate an honest relationship with the people I do business with and I will be taking my vehicles to K M Auto Care for everything I do going forward. It’s a great, family owned business and I highly recommend them.

cannot say enough good things about this business !! They have been taking care of my vehicle for a couple of years now and the service is outstanding and their prices are amazing !!

This was my go-​to place during the time I lived in Kennesaw. I took my car there as a last resort, after being completely ripped off by Goodyear. Not only did they quote me a reasonable price, but they helped me argue with Goodyear to get my money refunded for the shoddy work they did! I have since moved, and wish I could find another shop as trustworthy as this one.

I have been a customer of KM Auto for decades. David and Kent are the best. I live 60 miles away now and still take my cars to them for some things. Kent first worked on one of my cars in 1985 prior to opening his own place.

I’ve been taking my car here for years. These guys have never steered me wrong. The pricing isn’t bad and they always take good care of my vehicles.
