Not a bad little pizza joint! This is actually one of the better Johnny’s around the Kennesaw area and I frequently stop here on Tuesdays for lunch. Why? Can’t beat the huge slices for a buck! Plus I have never had a bad slice here and the wait staff is friendly. I’m a meat toppings guy and their pepperoni is tasty. Although if you like sliced sausage this is not the place. It’s ground here, but delicious. They also have a cool little outside patio if that’s your thing and the sweet tea is really good on a hot summer day. Is this the best pizza? Nope! But for the price I couldn’t be more satisfied!

This place is my favorite for pick up! I order the same thing every time, large pie with pepperoni, tomato & onion, it’s always 15−20min.
When I arrive the pie is just coming out of the oven and looks fabulous. The taste is always spot on and never burnt on the bottom, which happens at big pie all the time.
One of the owners is always there and knows me by name. Great neighborhood pizza joint. I live in townlake but not a fan of that Johnny’s, so I make the trip to this one because of the quality of their food.

We’ve eaten here many times. And loved it. But the last couple times we have ended up with this one same waitress that has just made our visit horrible.
She has gotten our order wrong, refused to bring us what we asked for and just overall made it an awkward experience. When we asked her what was wrong, she just said that the location wont hire sufficient staff.
For now, we are going to avoid going there. Sorry guys, love the food, just not willing to put up with the service. :(

My husband loves this place, the pizza and the garlic knots. I’m a salad person and iceberg lettuce on any salad is unacceptable and cutting costs. Well, in my opinion a salad should have actual greens!

We’ve been sitting here for 61 minutes. It took 20 minutes just to get some of our drinks. Maybe the food will appear in a few hours. Our kids have eaten some garlic knots to avoid passing out or getting completely irritable.
Unacceptable. This isn’t the first time either. This was your second and last chance.
The Jammin Pie will have our business from now on.

You can’t go wrong with a order of knots, some pepperoni pizza, and a pint. It’s matter who cooks sometime it a bit saucer than other, but always good.

Cannot go wrong here. I eat here about once a week. My favorite is the calzones, they are to die for. But over the last 3 years I have pretty much tried everything on the menu and not one thing has disappointed me. The service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. They give you very big portions so often you can share or take some home for the next day. Anytime my mother comes into town this is where she wants me to take her. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I grab pizza here often. Its pretty good. Growing up in NY and Long Island, my standards for pizza are high… This is pretty close and satisfies my NY cravings! Their Calzones are a little flat, however. But I never hesitate to grab some food from here when the urge for NY style strikes me. Check it out it if you haven’t already. Definitely worth a shot, at a minimum.

We go go Johnny’s quite often for lunch but it’s fine for dinner as well. The menu is mainly subs, pizza, calzones, and salads. I often get the small Mediterranean salad, which is more than enough for lunch for me. My husband is partial to the tuna sub but they have many varieties. The calzones are good and the pizzas are outstanding. Single slices of pizza are less so because they take a slice of cheese pizza and add the requested toppings, and the result just isn’t the same. However, that’s the only thing I can think of to criticize. Service is good, the atmosphere is fun, and they have a raft of local beers. At the counter you can buy the BEST chocolate chip cookies, huge and chock full of chocolate. A large cut above the chain sub restaurants.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is the service. Waited multiple times for stuff. Had to get up and obtain my silverware. Waiting on a box and saw my waitress behind bar talking to some guys. Had to get up again and get myself.
Pizza was good and knots were awesome but plan on bad service.

Johnny’s has great pizza deals served in casual surroundings by very friendly, efficient servers. They also have college-​priced beer specials all the time, placing Johnny’s among the value leader pizza joints in the Kennesaw area. The iced tea is excellent, too!
In the culinary KPW’s (P6), though, Johnny’s is squarely in the middle of the pizza taste & quality pack. Reheated slices. Just average attention to pizza construction detail. Crust that is NY-​style, but def not NY.
So it’s 3.75−4 stars for the deals, the space and the servers, but only 3.25 stars for the pizza. If Johnny’s is convenient to you, then add a star… Bring on Part 7.
