It’s About Time

I was not expecting anything near the great service that these folks provide!
I went in there recently to get a new watch battery when I was visiting the mall. This mall is a little out of the way for me but I come here when possible for the great service that prevails. The mall itself reminds me of Southern hospitality.
Anyway, I was greeted with genuine warmth when I walked into the shop. It wasn’t clear if my watch was keeping time correctly right when the new battery was installed. So the repairman automatically starting doing other things until the watch worked correctly.
And then another lady came in with a few watches that needed to be left for real repairs, link adjustments, etc.
So this is the place for minor watch battery replacements, major repairs and everything in between! And you won’t walk out scratching your head in dismay at the state of customer service in our country. Instead, you will have faith again!
