Omggggg let me start by saying this!!! This place is amazing! Not only they were extremely professional, they took care of all my girls so well! I think they’re under new management now so everything is new and how they’re supposed to be, got married on November 6th and they made my life so much easier! Ms Sharon was like another mother to me, she made sure me and my girls got our dresses on time! She would call them and remind them of their due dates! She would talk to me and tell me that she got everything under control which she surely did!!! David’s bridal was the opposite! They walk you through everything and made sure you understood everything before purchase! I’m a very high demand, hard to please woman, now when I say I loved everything about it, I mean it!!! Love love love #stressfree

We were in recently to look for a prom dress for my daughter. On the day we were in it the store was being ran by a bunch of 16yr olds in Leggings and short tops… Dancing to songs at the front counter and in the dressing room area… sitting in the chairs at the front counter all askew … I was told by the girl helping us that the owner was out of town, and that when she is gone no one really follows the rules. We did find a gown for her prom… BUT spending $$$$ on dresses you would think the sales girls would be more appropriately dressed for higher end sales AND not dancing in the store… and learn how to sit in chairs appropriately … just very inappropriate…

I will never shop at this store again. I do not refer anyone to this store. Document everything and everyone you talk to if you do decide to shop here. Check this store out with the Better Business Bureau the reviews are not good as well. They are nice in the beginning but turns out to be super ugly professionals ways after they know you need something from them which is your Wedding gown before wedding day.

My sister and I were very skeptical about this place and just came because it was so close to our house, but to our surprise we found my current front runner dress here! Do not let your first impression dismay you — for whatever reason they have the tackiest dresses in the windows and on the mannequins, I don’t know why. You and your consultant will sift through mounds of bedazzled and bejeweled prom dress style gowns(they have a lot of dresses here), BUT this store has many diamonds in the rough(including a Roberto Cavalli hand beaded dress for $ 5,000!). My consultant, Hailey, was awesome. I told her what I had in mind and she walked right over to the dress that may end up being«the one». She pulled many other pretty dresses and I don’t think a single one was over $ 1,000. They also have a large selection of mother of the bride dresses. Again, most are bejeweled to the max, but you can find some really good ones too. If you don’t mind the hunt for a diamond in the rough(or just really like bedazzled princess ball gowns), definitely come to Impression!

I visited Impression today after two co workers told me they had purchases dresses there. One for a mother of the bride and the other a prom dress. I made the appointment for a Saturday morning and they were very pleasant on the phone. The day of we had a great experience. I am a size 16 so I was seriously afraid of not finding any dresses that would look good on me. and man. I was wrong. They have a great selection of dresses. Especially for a girl who loves bling or lace. Everything was really gorgeous. The girl who helped me was a lot of fun and made me feel extremely comfortable. I did not purchase a dress so I can not speak for anything after the initial appointment. but if you live in the Marietta/Kennesaw area you should definitely check it out while bridal shopping.

I could not have been more disappointed with my experience with Impression Bridal. The company was horribly unprofessional, had lots of hidden fees, and is very shady. My bridesmaid and I went in to look at dresses, and found one we loved. The assistant helped her try it on, and we came back that evening to do the initial order. My other bridesmaid was unable to come, so we provided them with her measurements. I should have known something was up when my normally size 4 bridesmaid was suddenly in a 10 or 12. I inquired a few times about tailoring costs just for the bridesmaid we were fitting that day, but the consultant kept dodging the question, which I didn’t find overly weird at the time. We put down $ 150 that night to hold everything, and the dresses were $ 145 or $ 155 each. Here’s where it gets hinky. When my mother(who is buying the dresses as a gift) called the next morning to give them bridesmaid number 2’s measurements, told her that with their tailoring the cost could go up to around $ 800, and that they would be ordering a size 20 dress for my other WAY smaller than a 20 bridesmaid. Talk about sticker shock! On the high end, we were expecting $ 550 for tailoring and dresses. The person who she talked to seemed incredulous that she balked at that price. There are a ton of seamstresses(including my mom!) in my fiancé’s family and mine. My mom called around to make sure she was sane that ordering huge dresses and cutting them down that far sounded weird. She called me while I was at work, super upset because she knew I loved the dresses I found. I really think that is what Impression was relying on, that the bride would be willing to bend the budget because she had already made up her mind. With an upset mother, and me unwilling to go THATFAR over the budget, we set about trying to cancel the order and get the deposit back. At first they were unwilling, and probably called my mom 4 times within an hour with different answers and changed stories. One call had one Impression employee telling my mom that IF they did it, it would be 3 – 4 weeks before we got the refund because of their cardholder agreement. My mom notified them she paid cash for the deposit, and they got off the phone as quickly as they could. They finally asked her for her full name because they were going to give her a cashier’s check. Ten minutes after this conversation, the same lady called her back to tell my mom that someone had committed fraud against the company, their accounts had all been frozen, and it might be several days before they could get her the check. Look, if that is a real thing that happened, I feel awful for everyone involved. But it seemed way too convenient at that exact moment. The next day, my mom finally got the cashier’s check, because miraculously their accounts were«unfrozen» and they had been open all day. They made her wait on a manager, and when they finally found one, the manager just handed her an envelope that had been sitting on the desk the whole time. I cannot believe how unprofessional this experience has been. If they had just handled the refund with some grace, I would have let the experience slide as a life lesson. Instead, I’m making sure that every person getting married/going to prom I know avoids Impression like the plague. EDIT: Can I also say how weird it is that I am the only person to review Impression that doesn’t have just the one review? And that review is a 5* one for Impression?
