History
Established in 1976.
Dr. Chris Hobson, Board Certified Optometrist, is the «Founder» of Hobson Eye Associates. He moved from Ohio in 1976 and opened his first office on Cherokee Street in downtown Kennesaw. He studied biology at The Ohio State University where is also received his Doctorate of Optometry from.
Dr. Heather Zutaut, Board Certified Optometrist, joined the practice in 2005. She is originally from West Virginia. Dr. Zutaut moved to Atlanta in 1999 to complete an externship and clinical fellowship in corneal and refractive surgery with Atlanta Eye Surgery Group. She received her Bachelor of Biology degree from West Virginia University before receiving her Doctorate of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
Dr. Jessica Hall joined the practice in August of 2013. She is originally from Hiram, Ga. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia before receiving her Doctorate of Optometry from the State University of New York.

Business Owner
Dr. Chris Hobson is the «Founder» of Hobson Eye Associates. He has been in private practice in Kennesaw, GA since 1976. He opened his first practice on Cherokee Street in downtown Kennesaw.
Dr. Hobson received his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University, Doctor of Optometry from Ohio State University, and his Therapeutic Drug Certification from the University of Houston.
Dr. Hobson is a Past-President of the Georgia Optometric Association, Past Secretary of the Georgia Optometric Association and remains very active in both the Georgia Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Voted 2009 Optometrist of the Year!
Dr. Hobson and his wife reside in Kennesaw while their daughter Amber, is a teacher in Woodstock and their son, Christopher is practicing Law at a firm in Marietta, GA
