The Five Arrows Company is a specialty food creation and consultancy created by Michael Fletcher and is based in Metro Atlanta. Through personal in home food events and classes, personalized menu planning, small event planning/​catering, specialty food gifts, person chef services, recipe blog, and a recently published cook book, The Five Arrows Company hopes to share our same passion for a good meal and experience with you.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Chef Mike is a self-​taught chef with over 30 years of experience from menu planning, meal prep, food gifts, event coordination, and more. With a strong background in business as well, he has owned and operated a wine import company while planning and producing wine pairing events with chefs from around the country.

At an early age he was encouraged to try everything, exposing him to an ever growing palette of new foods, cuisines, and pairings which helped his creativity and love of cooking. This passion for food was further enhanced through travel across the North American continent enjoying a variety of regional fares of the U.S. and was further augmented by his international travels through the Caribbean and South America. Ethnic cuisine and fusion are one of his passions as he also worked to develop a collection of ancestral recipes from his own genealogical heritage.
