DW Campbell Tire & Auto Service

I have gotten most of my work done at this Goodyear. Bill has always been really helpful and courteous. I know that sometimes things on cars can be pricey, but he has always been honest with me about what work needs to be done and what can wait. I just called up there stressed about an issue and he let me know that it is not an urgent fix. I am grateful for their honesty. Many places will tell you it needs to be done right away so that they can make money off of you. Thank you for always being so helpful and honest!

I went to get an oil change since I had a coupon that came in the mail. I also told them I need to have a tire plugged that had a slow leak. It was over an hour wait but we knew this in advance and just walked to the shopping area across the street. The oil change coupon price was honored but we were surprised the tire patch was $ 20.99! We would not have gotten that done if we realized the price in advance.
However the staff was very friendly and courteous. An ok experience. Do not recommend a tire patch here.

I find it a tad bit ridiculous that an oil change takes 90 minutes especially when I made an appointment. I have never had to wait this long at any other place. I haven’t been to Goodyear in quite a while and now I remember why I stopped coming. Also the employees weren’t very personable when compared to the Pep Boys I normally go to. I will not be back not will I recommend

I did not enjoy my visit at this Goodyear. I bought my tires under the Tire & Service Network and they pretty much refused to give me a balance that I requested. I have lifetime rotations and balances with my tires and they would only give me a rotation at this location. Also, the guy that was at the desk was extremely rude to me and I did not appreciate it. He is the one that refused to give me the balance service. I have pretty much decided that I will not be buying my tires from any Goodyear dealer ever again. The only thing that I enjoyed about this location was the nice coffee selection they had. I immediately started experiencing road noise after this Goodyear performed the rotation but refused to perform the balance. I had to trek to a different Tire & Service Network location to get my balance performed due to this problem. Best believe I will not go back and most likely, I will never buy from Goodyear Tire & Service Network stores ever again.

The first time I came here was because my check engine light was on and I needed my oil changed. I stopped only because it was the only reputable-​looking service place that I passed everyday on my way to work, but I’m SO glad I did. The service guys here are extremely friendly and were very understanding when I turned down some of their suggested maintenance services because I was going to be driving up to PA, where my dad does all of my auto maintenance.
The waiting area here is great, too. Very clean, great coffee machine (it’s like a Keurig on steroids), and lots of magazines, coloring books, etc. Nicer than even some doctors’ waiting areas I’ve been in. There are quite a few stores and restaurants within walking distance, too, if you don’t feel like waiting. I’ve been here for service twice and don’t plan on going anywhere else for as long as I live in the area. Great place!
