We are a Food Truck — We will be rolling around Atlanta Late 2015 giving free tastes (input required) and we will be open for business Spring of 2016!

I have grown up in the restaurant business. In Fact, my first «real» memory is standing on an upside down milk crate — stirring Marinara Sauce — I was five years old. I started cooking then and haven’t stopped.
As a single mother, I decided I wanted more for both my daughter and myself — so I worked hard — saved my money and moved to France to attend Culinary School — the Intensive program! After training at Le Cordon Bleu (Paris) — I spent years working in fine dining restaurants in Phoenix, Cape Cod, Los Angeles –many travels– under such world class chefs as Michael DeMaria, Kevin Binkley, Wolfgang Puck, Daniel Boulud, Alex Strada — Robert McGrath. Amazing culinary minds. People who taught me that in today’s culinary world surprises are hidden around every corner.
This school of thought has led me to embrace the epitome of southern cuisine… The Biscuit. My hope is to take the humble biscuit and make it a delicious gourmet treat for all to enjoy.
