Established in 1986.

Recently rennovated in 2009, this wonderful hotel allows guest easy access in and out of their guest room and on and off I-​75. Located in the heart of Kennesaw State University Campus next to Coles College of Business and the new Scoccer Complex.

I am really grateful for this Best Western! After my nightmare staying at the Extended Stay America down the street (see previous review) we moved here for 8 days while we were in between homes. We stayed here in April 2015. This is a Clean, Affordable place to stay.
The rooms are clean and spacious enough. It comes with a microwave and a mini frig (upon request). It helps to stay in the bottom floor because you can park directly in front of your room. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The location is also very convenient because it sits between the 575 fwy and 75 fwy and is close to a lot of restaurants and a 5 minute drive to the Town Center Mall. Kennesaw State University is down the street so it makes for an affordable place to stay while visiting family at school.
They also provide complimentary Hot breakfast which I feel is definitely above adequate. The ladies who prepare breakfast are Super Friendly and care about what they do. The menu does slightly change from day to day giving you a variety. Some of the items include: Eggs, Toast, Bagels, Grits, Bacon, Coffee, Cereal, Juice, Fruit, etc. (photo attached). I ate very well for FREE every morning and saw friendly faces.
Only negative — The Laundry facility definitely needs an upgrade. The washers didn’t seem to be the cleanest and not completely working. I ended going to the Splish Splash Laundromat.
I highly recommend staying here, even if you’re not on a budget.

Stayed here for a night. Comfortable stay, we had our Labrador with us and the room was spacious enough for him. Nice amenities, not luxurious but clean and comfortable. Nice staff, decent breakfast. Good value for the price.
