Rivertown Collision Center

I took my car to Rivertown Collision to a repair a dent in my door caused in a parking lot fender-​bender. I was a bit anxious about taking my car there because I had picked them randomly off of the list of body shops that were affiliated with the insurance company. However, in the end, all my worries were eliminated and I wound up completely pleased with the entire experience.
The people were very friendly, the place was very clean, and I was very satisfied with the work itself. I received daily texts updating me on the status of my repair, and they finished 2 days ahead of what they estimated. Hopefully, I won’t need to take my car for body work again, but if I do, I would definitely return to Rivertown Collision; and I would recommend them to friends and family.

If you ever need your car fixed, go here! It’s kind of my funny actually. Both times my mother and I have had to go there. her car was hit when parked. Yes, both times in the matter of not even three/​four months!!! Anyway, I want to say the assistant manager or manager, walked us through everything both times. They returned the car clean and of course looking brand new. They made everything simple and easy. Everyone had a great attitude, place was clean, and was willing to help with any questions we had. Years ago, we had a horrible experience with a repair place. I will never go anywhere else but here!

just picked up my car yesterday from Rivertown Collision Center, and I ampleased to say the work was perfect! They also fixed my car in less time than what was on the insurance estimate.
They provide excellent customer service, even calling Enterprise for my rental when I walked in the door, wonderful!
I will definitely bring my car back to Rivertown Collision Center if it ever needs body work!
