If I could give this place a zero stars I would. We stopped by minutes ago before catching our flight. Literately all of the staff here are grumpy and unpleasant. Two of the servers were arguing in front of us. They have an advertised special for a croissant sandwich, with grits or hashbrowns. They don’t have grits and they don’t have hashbrowns so you are forced to get under seasoned potatoes. They also don’t have half of the items on their menu, including the quiche. It’s a pitiful excuse for a restaurant and seriously needs some staff and menu revamping.

Maybe you need to know what to order? I ate here on Tuesday afternoon and greatly enjoyed it. I wanted New Orleans food, so I had red-bean-and-rice, and also tried some Jambalaya. Both were really good! I suggest two people at a time go so one can get the red beans and the other can get the jambalaya — then mix them for an even better taste of New Orleans. Had red beans from Rouse’s Market yesterday, glad to have more today, as normally red beans is only served on Monday. Say«Hello: to the lady behind the counter: Linda!

I live in New Orleans, and I was impressed with this little restaurant at the airport. I shared an open faced BBQ pulled pork platter and potato salad with my husband. It was delicious! The people that worked there were friendly. And the fact that they serve PJ’s coffee is a plus! We enjoyed our meal at L.P. Bistro.

Stopped here on a layover as it was right across from my departure gate wanting something quick and nutritious to eat on the plane. I should’ve looked at the Unilocal reviews before man in my decision but didn’t have much time. To start off, the staff is rude and unfriendly which is the last thing travelers need. If you don’t like your job or working at the airport — find another job! Secondly, I wanted the garden salad with a scoop of chicken salad. They ran out of the garden salad so I had to settle for the unappetizing Cesar without croutons. Third — for the price of almost $ 11.00, the woman put a small(less than a handful) amount of salad with the scoop of chicken salad. I am familiar with the cost of airport food as I travel 50−75% of the time but it was ridiculous for that small amount! Lastly the food was awful. The chicken salad was smothered in mayonnaise AND made with chopped red bell pepper which was listed as tomatoes on the menu! Completely different taste which made it awful and I would not have ordered it in the first place had I known they were in there. Not good if I was someone with food allergies/issues!!! I was so disappointed in my experience, the cost and taste of the food that I did not eat it and asked for a refund, which was another issue! None of the staff could process my refund without the manager who was not onsite as I paid with a Debit card. My flight was boarding so finally the cashier gave me a cash refund stating she would just get in trouble. I did not want that to happen but she did what she had to do as I had to board my flight and there was no way I was going to eat it. There are not many options at the airport but I would definitely suggest avoiding this place.

There are very few options for food in the B terminal. DON’T EATONHERE! At first glance the hot food looked good. I got the pulled pork with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were obviously made from powder, they were absolutely horrible and the pulled pork was the only edible thing on the plate other than the dry lifeless salad. I really wish I would have looked on Unilocal before stopping here.

There weren’t many options at the airport so I went to L.P. Bistro for breakfast. The ladies working weren’t very friendly. The cashier insisted that we told the sandwich maker our order before she rang it up. It was just silly to pay $ 20 for two breakfast sandwiches and a coffee.

We were looking for a place to eat before our flight. Not a lot of choices around. Hubby decided on LP Bistro; it helped that it was right across from our gate. He quickly found out they weren’t serving breakfast options anymore; it was about 11am. I’m not a fan of pre-made sandwiches, so I asked the lady assisting me which was better — the pulled pork or red beans & rice. She said the red beans, so that’s what I chose. It came with a small side salad that was basically just lettuce and pick your packet of dressing. My meal wasn’t bad. It was hot and I assume fresh. They have bottles of hot sauce on the tables too. What I don’t like is cramped seating and eating right beside the line of patrons coming in. But I don’t expect much from an airport eatery. There were only about three ladies working there when we went; we didn’t have any issues with the level of service received. The lady at the cash register even called me Mrs. Jones when she looked at my card and wished us a safe flight.

Should have looked at Unilocal for a potential place for food. The sausage in the jambalaya was questionable and the chicken caesar wrap tasted more like tuna, or the texture at least. The employees were lounging around chatting with each other. Blah!

Delicious. For $ 26(and some change) you too can have 1 bottle of water, 1 cup of burnt Joe and two questionable breakfast sammies… and for dessert they will even throw in a free diarrhea. Can’t beat that deal!

One of the worst place I have eat at, mainly because the employees have the worst attitude I have seem. They basically wish four you to leave! It is ridiculous the attitude they have. By the way the sandwiches ate cold!!!

Just ate a sandwich from l. p bistro, was ok, nothing special. The employees seemed annoyed they had to take time away from chatting with each other to serve me. Then after I paid and was leaving a mouse ran out from under the counter. scared me… I don’t think I’ll be returning.

This place is more of a last resort option when all other places are full. The food is cold as a deli sandwich should be, but its also old as its been sitting in the display for days. I got the Italian club such was soggy and the bread was hard. I also got chips which is hard to mess up since they are prepackaged by vickies chips. I definitely would not go here unless you are starving and all other places are closed or your in a rush to catch a flight.
