GREAT food and people at the Williams & Napoleon location! I have had the breakfast plate always and on my really greedy days, I order a roast beef entrée to go. Everyone is friendly and they really try to take care of you. I like that the staff has relationships with the regulars :-)

We really enjoyed it! Late night meal. Very friendly staff. My Dotwich was yummy! Husbands steak and eggs were great! No need for a1. Great place to stop in!

Love this place. The location on Williams blvd. Is one of the Best… Come here often and have loved each meal. The kids love the options. And so do we! Try the double dot burger!

Worst diner in the history of diners. How is this establishment still functioning? Just about everything served today from the burnt and inedible bacon to the eggs that tasted like metal were awful! Even after the server saw that the bacon was burnt she still sat it on the table. After acknowledging it was awful, new bacon came out TWICE & it was still burnt. The wheat toast was the only thing that was decent. AND awful service! Please remove the buckets with cleaning products & mops out of the dining area while guests are attempting to eat. I paid $ 20 to eat 2 slices of bread. Avoid this diner!

The perfect go-​to greasy spoon diner. We head here whenever it’s late and we want a cheap (but yummy) meal.

The pace doesn’t look like much from the outside, or the inside for that matter. But the food is great and the service was good too. Friendly staff.

Decided to eat here since it’s so close to the airport. The waitress and staff was nice and the food was good. Good olé diner feel.

The restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly. Food came out fast, hot, and fresh. Nice size portions. Try the chicken fried chicken. Was delicious. Will definitely be returning.

If you want a filthy greasy spoon with a typical diner feel then this place is it. I got the American eggs over medium. It’s a pet peeve of mine when the eggs aren’t over medium. These eggs were perfect. That’s the positive. The place is just dirty. Service was good, but ask if I want a top off don’t just fill the coffee. Only grape and apple cinnamon jelly. Whatever apple cinnamon jelly is. The 3 slices of bacon were 98% fat and paper thin. Very sad for bacon. Slightly below average for food average service and poor for cleanliness.

I am visiting from KC to NOL. The hash browns with eggs, ham, cheese and jalapeños mash up was over the top. W hi would have thought such simple ingredients could add up so deliciously. Can I get these in KC?

Dots Diner is like coming home. Friendly and attentive staff along with very good Diner food. I’ve had breakfast here several days while working and they have exceeded my expectations every day. Whether your here on pleasure or work there is no better place to start your day than Dots Diner.
Truth in dining leads me to report a less than favorable experience after a string of very good ones. This morning I arrived at 5:30 am as usual and to be honest it was not the same staff that I had seen for the previous two weeks.
After sitting in acknowledged for seven minutes I left and drove up the street where I had a fantastic experience.
It’s good to be great but there is something to be said for consistency too. I won’t let one underwhelming experience get me too down on Dots.

Stopped into Dot for a breakfast on the way to dropping off a friend at the airport and it was a great decision. I ordered the standard Western Omelette and it was one of the best I have ever had with perfect grits on the side. I would get toast instead of the biscuit but overall it was a very quick enjoyable breakfast cooked perfectly. A great option for breakfast ²⁴⁄₇ at under $ 10 is a great deal.

We use to love to go to this location. I don’t know what’s happened but our last two visits have been horrible service and food left a lot to be desired! We didn’t see any of the old employees so I’m not sure if they all left or if it’s under new management or what but we will not return to this location again. We will try another dot’s location.

Cheese fries. They put wax paper in a styrofoam to-​go box, put fries on the paper, put cheese on the fries, and then stuck the whole thing in the microwave.
You don’t put fries in a microwave. 90% of the cheese was stuck to the paper, and I was peeling paper off of my rockhard food. Pathetic. I won’t be returning.
The chicken sandwich was ok.

If you find yourself having to leave New Orleans and you’re flying out… Treat yourself to one last taste and stop at Dots (convenient to the airport)! You’ll catch them open round the clock so if you miss them its your fault. My suggestion is you have breakfast… You can’t go wrong with the Big Dot!

Super-​friendly service and solid diner food. As good or better than you’d expect.
We ate here after arriving on a late flight. The service was REALLY fast and we all got big servings of very satisfying diner food. Great burgers and chicken-​fried steak. Don’t expect much from the side salad, though. Kinda bland by West coast standards.
Again, though. A+ on the speed and service – and the president of the chain contacted me shortly after my review was posted to inquire about deficits. Gotta love that!

Great French Toast. I feel as though i am on a quest to find great French Toast and this is in my top teir. Old fashion atmosphere with great flavor. Will return!

If you are expecting class and fine dining, this is not the place for you. It’s a diner. You sit in a booth, at the counter, or at a table and you can watch the cook slinging hash and artfully assemble meals. You can see people from every walk of life, come in and do what we do best in New Orleans, EAT. The waitstaff knows the menu and rarely make mistakes. They are not the most refined bunch, but they are good people with a smile and a friendly word for you.
The coffee is always hot and fresh and the food is made to order. You will leave smelling like food and with a full belly.
My favorites are the club sandwich and the omelets and sliders.
