I wasn’t happy at all with what they did to us. They took apart our A/​C saying it was cracked and pushing we spend 15,000 on a new unit. They pushed the Hero progam and all. Then the supervisor came and he said that we should not run the unit at all. So I got a second opinion, all while we had 4 horrible hot days, then the 2nd opinion guy came and he said it was normal wear and tear, he put it together, ran safety test and he said it was just fine. Cole was just trying to make money. Cole never called back to see how we were doing or to put the unit back together. That is not the kind of service I expect from anyone.
