My name is Niki Baroni, owner of A Fresh Start Cleaning Service. I owned a Residential Appraisal Business for 12 years & was a Realtor as well. However, once I became a single mother, I realized that my children needed my time more in the evenings.

I love the real estate industry and helping people. I already had references from cleaning some of my listings for agent tours and open houses. So, I decided to put my energy into the cleaning business. It allowed me to be involved in real estate, assist people with their needs, and be the mother I should be. I couldn’t be happier & love what I am doing!

My name is Niki. I am the owner of A Fresh Start Cleaning Service. After growing up with a father who owned a construction company & was a building inspector for Jefferson Parish, I found myself eager to be involved in the real estate industry. I was a Realtor for 7 years & owned a Residential Appraisal Company for 12 years.

After becoming a single mother of 2 boys entering into their teen years and requiring more of my attention with homework in the evenings, I had to make the decision to resolve my business so that I could be the mother I needed to be. However, I desired to still be in this industry in some fashion. I also enjoyed being able to help people in financial situations. So, that is when I decided to start a cleaning business. This allowed me to still be involved in real estate, help people, and be there for my children in the evenings. This actually came with a bonus. I no longer sit for hours typing. I really enjoy the physical aspect of this business as well!
