Possibly one of the best church locations ever. RIGHT in the harbor of Kennebunkport, ME. Beautiful stone church built in the 1890’s. I attended a wedding there last weekend, and was amazed at how such an old building made out of rocks was still standing. Apparently, just recently there was a $ 2.8 million restoration project to save it’s crumbling façade. Good luck having your wedding there though. It’s obviously extremely popular, and I hear they only have 40 spots per year for weddings. All of which are reserved for couples with close ties to the family that runs it. The public is allowed to view it, and it is a popular tourist stop while vacationing in Kennebunkport. I highly recommend a visit.
