Our apartment complex consists of 32 two bedroom garden style apartments, each building has four units. Apartments have been completely renovated. Kitchens are white ceramic tile with white European style cabinets, thermopane slider to your private deck or patio. Kitchens include dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and disposal. Bathrooms are also white tiled with tub and vanity. Apartmetns are carpeted and have plenty of closet space. Each unit has one garage space and additional outdoor parking. Lobby has keyed mailboxes and laundries are on premises. Our maintenance team and outside contractors keep the grounds beautifully landscaped and the common areas cleaned.

I’m giving this a one star because I can’t put down no stars or that’s what they would get from me. Don’t sign on for these apartments! We lived there a year and had friends accross the street also living in these apartments. It is not at all what is advertised on the website and the landlords are slum lords! There are huge gaps in the walls and doors where your heat goes out and BIG bugs come through. Mold issues all over the apartments and when told about problems such as mold the landlords write it off as no big deal. We had a leaky pipe above us and they left a hole in our ceiling for four months before anyone returned. We thankfully have moved out! Upon moving we cleaned the apartment from head to toe and took pictures– they just sent us a bill for an large extra amount we owe them for some made up problems. I guess they will see us in court… please don’t rent from these people, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! We have known three people who’ve rented at Spruce Meadow and each one of them didn’t get their deposits back!
