Kennebunk Service Plaza Northbound

Great, clean area and a nice little rest stop for the family on our way to Portland, Maine. There are a few stores and fast food restaurants for you to pick from but we opted for just some drinks from the convenience store. The restrooms were rather clean considering this is a rest stop. Maine in general is cleaner than Massachusetts so I’m not surprised.

As service plazas go this is a very clean one although I will not try to say I am impartial since this is in my home state.
As you walk in, the space is airy and bright. You will not find wrappers or trash on the floor. There is a convenience store, an ice cream stand, Burger King, Popeye’s and small open quick grab store.
The center is all tables for people to sit down and rest while they eat.
The women’s bathroom is always clean and well attended.
There is a «pet relief» area with picnic tables so you can even sit outside and eat with your pet if you so choose.
I recently grabbed a bottle of water from the quick grab store by the entrance and paid almost $ 3 for it. That’s pretty pricey if you ask me.

Popeyes, Burger King, Hershey ice cream, Starbucks and Z Market with some local items for sale. Often there are other vendors with local items, sun glasses. etc. Nice place for a stop and with options for families who cannot agree on what to eat. Clean with lots of rest rooms too.

Stopped in at the Kennebunk Service Plaza (Northbound) on the Northbound journey up the Maine Turnpike (Interstate 95) from Dover, NH to Portland, ME.
Everything you need is here: restrooms, convenience store goods, coffee and espresso, food, and gasoline.
Men’s restrooms were large, clean, and well maintained.
Free Wi-​Fi is available. Lots of seating. There is a Burger King, Popeyes, Starbucks, Hershey Ice Cream and two convenience store options.
Lots of parking outside.

Nice place. Clean. Lots of healthy food options. Everything from hard boiled eggs and nuts to burgers and chicken. Something for everyone! There is a decent sitting area, lots of parking and a life size moose statue to compliment your photos! This travel center offers gas and diesel. EZ ON /​EZ OFF.
