Illegally towed my car from a parking garage. The guy here is a disrespectful jerk to my pregnant wife and brought her to tears as he told us a wrong price from the start (to mess with her I could tell) the place has an extremely strong scent of cigarettes which is actually also against Washington state law as you are not supposed to smoke within 30 feet of a business establishment. When we arrived he was smoking, not only that but finished his cigarette infront of me and my PREGNANT WIFE. Didn’t give me the proper paperwork to contest the tow as law requires also lied and said that he did give me the paperwork. Hands down place is scumbag and I wouldn’t recommend getting near this place unless you absolutely have too.

Worthless driver. I needed my car at the shop by 9am and he wouldn’t pick it up because «that’s rush hour.» I took my business else where. I hope you will too.

Interrupted Sam’s trip to Costco/​Woodinville — it was a stormy night, Sam and his truck pulled into Costco’s parking lot 10 min before close to do some shopping. When he learned I was locked out, he took time to unlock my car — and he wasn’t even working — very professional, and generous. I would use Sam’s Towing for any auto emergency without question. My friend was broke down in a dangerous position, even though Sam himself was on another call he quickly got another tow truck en route to my friends location got him loaded and sent on his way safely!!! Excellent service Thank you SAMs towing!!!

Went to get my car and when I arrived I had two slashed tires did a search for a tow company and Sams was the first one. I would totally recommend Sams he was very helpful and friendly he recommended a tire company and took my car there. I have dealt with my share of tow companies and this is by far the best experience and he was nice enough to give me a sweet deal. I will definitely be using him again in the future. Sam himself came to rescue my broke down motorcycle whose rear tire would not rotate. It was a very impressive task to get that 500 pound, non-​compliant bike on the tow truck and then into my parking garage. –Sam has the determination to get a job done, that you don’t see much of anymore. I was very pleased with the help, and will call them again when I’m ready to move the bike to the repair shop.
Also, they have a front wheel brace for motorcycles getting towed.

My Grandson’s Jeep broke down last Wednesday and he did not have anyone to help him tow it nor money to pay for a tow so his Mother (my daughter) called me and asked me if I would go to Bothell (from Yakima) and use my Triple A to tow his vehicle to her home in SeaTac. When I arrived in Bothel, I called Triple A and they sent Sam’s Towing and Recovery to tow the vehicle. It was dark, rainy, cold, and I didnt know where the vehicle was sitting because I dont know that area.
Sam’s Towing and Recovery driver, Ryan, was at the site within fifteen minutes of my call and also directed me to the vehicle. I am very pleased with their exceptional service and highly recommend their towing company to anyone needing that service. Both Sam, the owner, and Ryan, driver, are very knowlegeable, dependable, and courteous. Thank you for your service.
