Riccon Construction

THANK YOU SO MUCH to Brenda and her crew at Riccon Construction. We hired them to install all new trim, doors and molding and they tiled a guest bath for us. Even though I changed my mind what feels like 20 times on the tile selection they still got the job done on time. Brenda was so great helping me decide what materials would make sense for my budget and still would look amazing! You can count on this company. Great people who care about their clients.

I would highly recommend Riccon construction! They painted my whole house and did an amazing job! They were prompt and the painting job was perfection!

I do not know where to start this review so I’ll start at the beginning. We were looking for a contractor to installed new custome made cabinets and were given two recommendations. I e-​mailed the drawings to both contractors and heard back from only one of them, Jon Faulconer of Riccon Construction. A few days later we met to discuss the scope of the work which included removal/​disposal of old cabinets without damaging existing tile back splashes, counter tops, re-​finishing a parquet oak floor, installing new cabinets and re-​installation of sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and a new over the range micowave/​vent fan combination and other work.
After our meeting Jon promptly returned an e-​mail with the proposed cost and schedule which were very reasonable. The work was to start a day or two before the cabinets were to be delivered.
As it worked out work started on Monday EXACTLY AT THE TIME JON SAID IT WOULD. Demolition went beautifully with no tile damage. On Tuesday 10 minutes after they were to arrive, Jon called to say the floor re-​finishing crew was caught in a traffic jam and would be delayed about an hour. THEY ARRIVED IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. The floor crew did a beautiful job with a MINIMUM of DUST. The cabinet installers arrived on Thursday exactly on time (8:00 AM), installed floor protection and worked until 10:30 PM making sure the cabinets were plum, square and firmly installed. Jon’s crew returned at the hour promised on Friday to re-​install the range and refrigerator and install the new microwave/​vent an combination. 90% of the work was complete just waiting for the new counter tops about 2 weeks later.
I told Jon when the counter tops would be installed and hel let me know that his crew would arrive the next morning to finish re-​installing the dishwasher, sink and garbage disposal. Their work was just completed.
I am totally impressed with Jon, Riccon and his crews. ALL of Riccon’s crews were professional and ensured that the work was properly done and were not willing to accept «that’s good enough».
This is a long review but their work deserves to be recognized. I would have no hesitations recommending Jon and Riccon.

Jeff and his crew have been instrumental in completing our new construction project. He is on time and doesn’t over charge. I would recommend him for any remodel, new construction, or new addition project.

Jeff Richter remodeled my bathroom and kitchen for me. They were complete gut jobs that also needed structural repair and a new fixtures. I couldn’t be more pleased. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent as was the quality of materials.
A couple of people who are knowledgeable about construction have seen the completed projects and said it was rare to see such good quality work with «no evidence of cutting corners».
Also, to my complete surprise, the job came in slightly under budget, something which is almost unheard of in construction.
