I worked with Josh on the purchase of my first home just over 3 years ago and recently closed on a refinance on the same home and could not be more pleased with how it all went. Josh did a fantastic job of keeping us up to date during the process and well informed of our options along the road. He made the whole process very easy and quickly responded to our calls and emails which goes a long ways given the amount of information that comes along with the refinancing process. I have been reminding myself for almost a year to write a review for Josh and to tell him THANK YOU SO MUCH! If it wasn’t for Josh, I don’t think my husband and I would have been able to purchase our home. Back in April 2013, we began the purchase of a short sale, which is a headache all in itself. Couple that with a change of jobs and financing information, and Josh had his hands full. He was extremely helpful and available. It is so rare these days to work with someone who pays attention to details, resolves potential problems BEFORE they happen and delivers on time. I was extremely impressed by the way Josh handled all aspects of my loan during my recent home purchase.
I’ve heard so many horror stories from friends about loan officers who were so passive that their home would close days or weeks late. Josh was so on the ball that he was ready two weeks before the house was scheduled to close.
