Hired for a remodel. Two visits before the work started. Combination of repair and replacement on a 1600 sq ft house with half vaulted ceiling.
Was about 5500 total sq ft of work. I was told it would take two weeks and it was 17 days start to finish. The job was a challenge and the outcome is a very nice light texture.
They buried a couple of lights and a switch but came out promptly to uncover them.
As a critique the clean up should have been better. Otherwise very professional work worth the money.

We are remodeling our house and I had my wife arrange for a bid. I was not able to be there when they came to estimate. When we received the bid, it was double the other three that I received. The SOW in the bids were the same so the conclusion I am led to is that they overcharged because I had them working with my wife and not me.

I contacted Definitive Drywall last Monday to complete a project I had started in a newly constructed home office. My schedule did not permit me to finish the taping, mud, skim coat, and primer so I hired them to complete the job for me.
They came out Thursday, bright and early, and by the end of the day, my room was one night’s drying-​time away from paint! They were efficient, clean, professional, and affordable!
I am incredibly impressed with the quality of the work done — especially given how quickly they were able to complete my project. The walls are perfect!
I would absolutely hire them again (and plan to when I start my next remodel!).

Their work is OK.
If you work off of a fixed contract, you might have acceptable results. I hired them on an hourly rate when I was out of town and they completely overcharged me.

I called around to several drywall companies, as I needed repairs done in 3 different places in my house. Definitive Drywall was the first company to come to my house to do the estimate, rather than just guessing over the phone. Once I had accepted the estimate (later the same day that he came over), we were scheduled for a week out. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get us scheduled for two full days work. They did a great job for us. I would recommend them highly.
