Pasión del Cielo Coffee

I enjoyed going there this afternoon after church the atmosphere is always peaceful and the staff is nice. I didn’t like my iced coffee because I sort of ruined it by putting honey in it thinking it was caramel and the staff was able to exchange my drink for an iced white chocolate mocha instead since I was looking for something on the sweeter side. Great job!

I LOVE coffee, so my friend was surprised to hear that I had never been here. I needed a change of scenery for coffee places (I’m always at Starbucks cause it’s close and easy for me to go there). Went around ⁵⁄₆ p.m. to do some studying, and the place is great! The size is large, not as loud as other coffee shops, so it’s ideal for studying or even a coffee date. There are some tables outside as well if you prefer a «fresh air» kind of setting. They have SO MANY different coffee beans from all over the world, and i am definitely going to be back and try to taste them all. There are a variety of locations so if this one is a bit out of your driving range (or you don’t wanna pay for parking)
The barista was super nice and super helpful! And you can have your coffee however way you like it (naturally)
Might not be everyone’s cup of tea (lol), but if you enjoy coffee, I think you’ll enjoy this place

One of my favorite coffee shops. Love that parking is free for 3 hours with validation in the garage. The coffee is cheaper and better quality than Starbucks although it is becoming a chain store in Miami. I love their lattes and ham and cheese croissant! Bummed out that they got rid of their rewards system. This is my study getaway. However, since it has become so popular it is always packed especially at night. Had to find a new place.

Pasion has become one of my favorite coffee shops in town. I have been to the different locations, but this one is my favorite due to its size. My only complaint is the temperature of the coffee. While I do not enjoy my coffee scorching, I do enjoy it hot. At Pasion they serve the coffee warm/​Luke warm. Now, I just order my coffee extra hot and it has fixed the problem. Definitely recommend!

OMG I was living in Kendall for almost a year, walking around this an amazing place and never noticed it. I absolutely love how it looks like, it’s very cozy, clean, quiet. I’m super super coffee addict very picky about coffee, but I must say I was very impressed. Amazing products, fresh, delish!!! Highly recommending!!!

Ordering here is weird if you have never been. You pick a country that you want your coffee bean from and then proceed with your order. Similar to Starbucks a tad more complicated and fancier. Wifi is free and if you park in the garage they will stamp your parking ticket to get parking free also. Lots of professionals here for meetings usually. Good amount of outside seating.

Starbucks who !!! … The place is a great location with many tables outside to enjoy a coffee and your favorite smoke and inside is spacious with a good taste décor, the ladie behind the counter was really knowledgeable about her coffee, because it was my first time I just described what I wanted and boom !!! A great explanation of my drink and served in a timely matter.

The drinks and the food are better than what they offer at Starbucks. The interior is also fantastic. Loved the vibe.
I got a frap with chocolate and caramel drizzle. The taste of the coffee definitely held up to the toppings and flavorings. I also picked up a pre-​made turkey sandwich, which was delicious and huge! The prices are a bit high, but you’re paying for the quality.
Everyone should check this place out. It gets pretty packed and sometimes there aren’t any seats available inside, but it’s located in Downtown Dadeland, so you can easily take your order to go and walk around.

Was my first time visiting today with my boyfriend, went for a study sesh and I must say, it’s my new favorite place to go. The ambiance is really nice and I love the couches, it reminds me of the show Friends. I’m not a huge coffee fan, but I ordered the Cinnasugar Latte with Colombian coffee and it was pretty good, it kept me going! Prices are pretty comparable to Starbucks, paid $ 4.25 give or take a few cents for my latte which was a small (or Tall in Starbucks lingo) and $ 3.75 for a container of fruit. I anticipate going back! Oh! And the staff was really friendly and nice as well.

I love coffee shops and was so happy when i discovered Pasion del cielo 2 years ago. Pasion del cielo Dadeland is my secret spot for a coffee date with my daughter or friends. It’s so cosy there. I love the concept of art display on the walls, from art schools or local artists. There’s no music so you don’t feel distracted. You can read, work or chat with people around you in comfy sofas.
The caramel macchiato and vanilla bean frappé are my two favorite drinks. And when I’m a little hungry, I can’t resist the rum cake, ask the barista to warm a bit it and it’s even more scrumptious.
If you have not tried this café, you should definitely go.

Came for a pick me up after work. Ordered the coconut mocha frappé and could taste all the flavors! Nice lightening and seating. Good for study groups or nice meet up for friends to come and hang out. Very cozy and relaxing.

Best coffee shop I’ve ever been to. The customer service is excellent and the coffee is just as great.

Discovered this gem of a coffee house while on vacation in Miami. This place has a wide selection of brewed on demand coffees. During my three day stay I had coffee from Ethiopia, Kenya, & Costa Rica. The empanadas were delicious.

I’ve been wanting a cappuccino for a few weeks now and decided today was the day I’d get it. and in a cute mug and everything, not a disposable cup (I’m looking at you, Starbucks). Thanks to the Grade-​A jackass with a God complex I encountered while looking for parking, I was literally feeling too hot for a hot beverage. I almost gave up on the whole thing (and Miami) but decided to stick it out, instead getting a small Mango smoothie. Hold up. A smoothie that isn’t tasteless and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg? Shut up and take my money! (All $ 3 and change of it.)
This place is fairly large with plenty of seating areas for you to read or hang out. They have quite the variety of coffee beans so there may just be something for everyone aside from the usual «light, dark, regular, or decaf» options. I think that variety might be what stumps me if I were to have coffee here.
I wish I wasn’t so aggravated. I really wanted to stay and read for a little while, disconnecting from this chaotic city. Next time, I suppose.
Tip: They validate garage parking. So, if you don’t feel like looking for parking on the street, this might be an easier option.

I go here simply because of the staff, I can get café con leche and any other coffee anywhere else. However, the staff is so friendly that even food makes you happy to be there

I searched for this place I loved it the Brazilian cappuccino was the bomb and the fact that they had my favorite cupcakes from mishas red velvet. I loved the atmosphere and the staff was nice and the place looked clean a lot room to seat. My mom and sister enjoyed it too. I will be coming back

A lovely oasis for a meet up with a great friend in the middle of a busy day! To be honest, it looks almost exactly like an upscale Starbucks. But I quite like Starbucks, so there’s no problem with that for me!
They have a skinny caramel macchiato, which is terrifically yummy! Their croissants are the size of a crescent moon… It’s quite amusing how I convince myself that I’m going to take half of it home instead of devouring it all right there. Maybe someday – I can dare to dream.
In all, a lovely place to sit, chat, grab coffee and a bite and have a lovely time catching up!

Move over Starbucks! I think I found my new favorite coffee spot. I’m in love with the relaxed, living room style atmosphere. Comfy oversized couches that invite you to sit and sip a while. Can I sleepover? Lol! Truly a little piece of heaven right in the heart of East Kendall.

It baffles me to think people still go to that other very known coffee chain– you know the one with the siren on the cup.
That said pasion del cielo coffee is fantastic. You chose your own bean from whatever place around the world. Then you chose how you want your coffee made– latte, american, etc
I usually go for the colombian coffee and chose latte. So goooddddd.
They have both tables and couches. Great place to come to chat with friends.

Of the many coffee shops in Miami, this Pasion deal Cielo is my favorite. Not only is this location extremely convenient but this is the most spacious and well staffed Pasion. There are so many outlets everywhere. The wifi is lightning fast! This location is fully equipped with any kind of chair you can ask for – couches, chairs, high tops, leather chairs, you name it. They also have outdoor replicas of all of these. No matter how you feel, there will always be a space for you to sit and be productive at Pasion. The cozy vibes really make it easy to do work. It is the perfect place to study.
The next thing that makes Pasion amazing is their coffee. They source their beans from all over the world. Depending on how you are feeling that day, they can pour you the most perfect cup based on acidity, aroma, body, and flavor. They make it easier by labeling each coffee with that criteria along with the country of origin. From the simple cortadito to the complex cinnamon latte, I think all of their drinks are delicious. My personal favorite is the Café Au Lait. Pasion has mastered this drink, keeping the coffee flavor strong enough so that it won’t be drowned out by the milk.
Pasion also takes pride in the appearance of their drinks. My drinks are always adorned with the cutest latte art. Sometimes it is a sun and sometimes it is a flower. You will never know what you will get. Apart from their coffee, they have great smoothies! I really love the taro smoothie. It is very flavorful and not too sweet. They also have amazing empanadas. These are a little on the pricey side compared to most Hispanic bakeries in the area, but they are worth a try.
The staff is another part of this coffee shop that really keeps my coming back. They are all so well trained and knowledgeable about the coffee. I love how they always have good recommendations to give. They are always so polite and helpful! I really appreciate it!
Pasion is really close to all of the restaurants in the Downtown Dadeland area. They allow outside food, so you can spend the whole day there working. If it is breezy, there are plenty of couches and chairs outside. The views of the fountain and surrounding condos are really nice and relaxing. Pasion is near plenty of street parking that you can pay for with the Miami Parking app. It is around $ 1 an hour. If you park in the garage below, you can get your parking validated, so you will have 3 hours for free!
Pasion really has my heart. I discover a new cool thing about them each time I come and I keep coming back. Pay attention to all of the little details. Look out for the blue bricks! This place was really crafted with passion and it shows. I love you Pasion. Never change.

Not five stars because of service. OMG, sooooooooooo slow. The coffee is very good. Definitely better than Starbucks but go with extra time.

People go to a coffee house to enjoy unique flavored coffee and relax or study… often the steep price is overlooked because you pay for ambiance and customer service. People return for many reasons but I return when I feel my business is appreciated.
Well this location has pretty decent ambiance killed by the complete lack of customer service. I went on September 2^nd to study and enjoy a cup of coffee, no more Nicaraguan bean, ok no problem, I chose Costa Rica (close enough). I attempted to redeem my free coffee from the loyalty punch cards (I had a few to consolidate because I always left one at home) and the cashier flatly says we’re not doing the loyalty program anymore as of September 1^st. I said, it took effect yesterday and that’s fine, I’m not asking for another punch in my card. I’m asking to redeem the card I already filled. She flat out said no.
Ok…thanks for not even trying. Still I ordered my coffee and set up my computer. Probably 10 minutes passed and I look over to see my coffee just sitting on the counter. They never called out that a coffee was ready and they certainly never asked my name to put on the cup/​order. Even walking up to the counter to get my now lukewarm coffee, not one of the 3 staff members looked over because they were all too busy talking to each other. It’s funny how you can sense people’s lack of caring for their employment… definitely the vibe in this case.
I will NEVER be back to endure the staff’s bad attitude and misery and I certainly will not introduce my friends to this company as I had with many others. I can’t speak for the Gables location but now it’s all the same to me.
Maybe I can’t get coffee from Nica or CR at Starbucks, but not only will they call my name when my order is ready but with their reward points and incentives right on my phone app I have a heck of a lot more motivation to return there!

I wish there were more coffee shops like Pasion around Miami where you can sit, relax and enjoy great coffee. What sets this place apart from other similar establishments (besides the great products they sell) is the fact that you can spend hours here being productive and not feel rushed or annoyed by the noise level. I love that this store feels very open and spacious, has plenty of seating where you can do some work on your laptop, as well as couches to curl up and read. There’s outlets near most of the seats too, an added bonus!
The coffee bean selection is amazing, the most complete I’ve ever encountered, and I have yet to try one I didn’t enjoy. Like most coffee shops, they also sell a variety of pastries, sweets, snacks, and sandwiches. Service can be spotty, I’ve had days where I waited almost 10 minutes to get my coffee (and the place was not that packed), and other times when things were more timely.
Parking is very convenient, just around the corner, and with validation, it’s free for up to 3 hours.

Es un ambiente que recomiendo a todos los que quieran tener un buen servicio de comida, cafés y es un lugar excelente para pasar un buen momento, solo o en familia y con niños incluidos si los tienen. Precios normales a ligeramente caros pero no para asustarse.

The beauty and magic of the original location but in a space that’s four times bigger!
Convenient location in a large open setting. The coffee is still on point but now you can actually have a chair and table to go with your drink. Lots of local students seem to be taking up space, but they’re quiet so they won’t bother much.
Note that since this location is in a prime spot, the queue is always long … Even on a Saturday afternoon.
Splurge for the kona or the blue mountain … It’s worth it

This place struck all the right cords. I am not a big java junkie but I can see why so many people are. As a java rookie, there is no better place to start than this place. I was impressed with the very friendly and cheerful service so early in the morning (730), takes a special person to do that but then… this is a coffee shop, you’re bound to get perky ;-).
The selection is varied, you can choose the flavor then what’s so cool about it, you can choose your coffee bean. They’ve got all the big coffee nationality names like Brazil, Cuba, Costa Rica, Colombia, Nicaragua, Jamaica and so on. I found it interesting and fun building my own unique cup of coffee. I chose the Jamaican coffee bean peppermint mocha expresso, it was hot, it was tasty, it was comforting and it was beautifully served with a design in the froth. Perky, this place makes you feel perky and happy. I love it, I recommend it and I will surely be coming back. :-)

If you’re a coffee snob, it is all about that silky taste that only premium coffee has. You know what I mean? Not that watered down, acidy taste, but the smooth sensation with buttery notes of chocolate!
What does a good coffee shop need? Let’s go down our checklist:
Great coffee — check
Great menu — check! The coffees all have descriptions on the board so aren’t going in completely blind.
Great complimentary food — Check! A bit of Miami flair with empanadas. also that smores cookie dough brownie… DROOL.
Atmosphere — check! Perfect place to chat, study, or just get your hipster on. (#fakeittilyoumakeit)
Seating — check. Different types of tables, comfy chairs, a place to park yourself
Protip: They validate parking. Don’t get reemed.
All in all, worth a visit! ⁵⁄₅ on our coffee checklist. In terms of stars, I’ll save five stars for my sole favorite coffee shop ever.
