Got Trash? Call Charles

We had Charles come and dig out a water line, he worked in the hot heat doing it and almost had a stroke, he’s not healthy enough to be doing this kind of work. He also installed hay waddles, making it look like it was pinned to the ground. But when I walked over to them and I was able to pick it up in my hand, I got upset and angry. They are suppose to be pinned to the ground so, when the land flows down to the fence that they stop the soil from eroding the land and putting pressure on the fence. I had to hire someone else to do the job properly. I would NEVER hire him again ! He also did weed eating for us and we still had to go over some of that. He did do extra for us with the weed eating, to make up for stressing us out to the fact that he was late getting to the job and we know in Lake county how people say that they will show up and don’t ! So, to all If I were you I would not hire this man. He came with references, but one was his pastor of his church and the rest were people from that church that hired him, so, so much for references that are truthful !

Not everyone can read and understand, but for Charlies I would just refer him to the first paragraph of my review:
It took me a long time to decide if I would even write this review, it documents a really bad experience we had with this «Call Charles» fellow, and I wanted to be sure I was far enough away from the event that I could look at it honestly.
Having said that, let me add that this fellow considered his job done, and done well. Perhaps this is the highest level of performance he can aspire to, who knows?
I do not judge him as a person, only as a vendor. In that capacity he fails with every interaction he has with us. Again I say, avoid him and save yourself the trouble and expense of having a job re-​done.
