My sister prescription was call in at 9.45 am last Saturday Went there around 12:30 and her prescription wasn’t ready. The tech told she doesn’t have any med for her and she couldn’t find her in the system. She decided to ask the pharmacists «the pharmacists said oh i have it here». The store is under staffed they only have 2 tech and 1 pharmacists and the drive thru was opened. The line was supper long when i went back everyone wanted flu vaccine. They need more staff.

I usually go to the Walgreens on Golden Triangle. I had to go to this one because the GT pharmacy did not have my son’s medication in stock. What a huge difference in service. When I arrived at the pharmacy they were helping other customers. I’m not sure what they were doing but for the 15 minutes that they were helping these other customers they never once made eye contact with me or acknowledged me. There were 4 people behind the counter. One of them even stopped helping the other customer twice to assist people in the drive thru. I would have left but my son needed his medication. Thankfully the GT pharmacy has assured me they will order plenty of this medication and be sure to have it on hand for my boy so I will not have to go back to this one. From the other reviews it seems like this pharmacy is not the best choice for anyone in the area.
