Can’t get their heads out of their asses. I refuse to go to this location anymore. If they get your food out fast it’s usually wrong. Today I waited over twenty minutes for a sandwich and a drink! If I hadn’t paid with a card I would have just left! This isn’t a one time occurrence my family lives two minutes from this location so it’s convenient but not when you have to go back multiple times or wait forever.

This Sonic is hit or miss. I can usually count on good service at breakfast. Dinner and after is anything but predictable. Is it due to sun spots or other environmental issues? I don’t know. All I can say is that it seems silly to turn down a sale when a customer asks for ice cream because you have disabled the machines to clean them. I frequently get the wrong food in evening as well.
