Way overpriced, deceptive and rude. I dropped of 13 work blouses for my wife because she had some coupon from a Krogers receipt. My wife went to pick up her blouses but forgot the receipt. They knew about the coupon but told her she would have to show them one. Since Krogers is right next door she bought something and came back with the coupon. They then told her the receipt was not for laundry but for dry cleaning. My wife asked how much the cost was per shirt and was told it was $ 1.99/blouse. At this point my wife told them this price was outrageous since other places only charge at most $ 1.39 and that their coupon was deceptive. The lady behind the counter became rude and insinuated that my wife did not want to pay and was trying to get something for nothing. Then some bozo came out from the back saying that they weren’t used to such low quality clothing. My wife asked them what qualified as quality clothing and that they had just lost a new customer. They couldn’t care less. The guy said they had plenty of other customers. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I nor my wife will never go back there and if I anyone going into that place I will tell them to stay away.

Overpriced!!! Wish I could give zero stars!!! Service is horrible, and on top of it you pay $ 5 per garment and if it is a long sleeve you are paying a lot more! There are plenty other cleaners on the area that gives better customer service and way cheaper rates! DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEORMONEYHERE!

Needed some bedding laundered after it got covered i renovation dust. Quick turn around of 24 hrs, and great outcome. Love that they returned it to me in zippered storage bags. Only thing is the price was a little bit higher than i wanted, but they offered me a coupon and the price was the same for this type of item at other cleaners, plus the others wanted to take 3 – 5 days. Will definitely be going back.

I needed a 2-piece suit dry cleaned, so called the nearest Dry Cleaners to compare prices. Out of the 4 places I called, Reemo’s prices were one of the lowest(though not the lowest). I decided to Reemo a try since they are nearer to me than the lowest priced cleaners. The suit was dry cleaned well, was ready the next day, and cost about ten bucks after tax. They don’t have a drive-thru, but they DO have a «driveway bell» that alerts them when you pull into their parking spot. Someone(in my case, it was a friendly lady) runs out and picks-up(or brings you) your clothes to be cleaned/laundered. They’ve got some deals on their website, but they didn’t really apply to me(since I only needed one thing dry-cleaned, and will only need some shirts laundered in the future, which would be 1.85 here). Though not the cheapest place, they do a great job, have great customer service, and I don’t have to get out of my car(big plus!).

I’m still checking out options in Keller and Reemo got today’s business because the closest dry cleaner to my house was already closed. I wish I was a bit more savvy when it comes to dry cleaning and laundry costs, as I don’t know if Reemo’s prices are good or not. What I do know is that the woman who works there is very friendly and knows a bit about motorocycles… It seems like everyone in her family rides, and we shared a few stories… Oh, I did my drop off while on my bike and that’s how the subject came up. Unless I do some research and find that there is a better deal, I’ll be back to Reemo for the friendliness and the better hours.
