Absolutely love Papa Murphey’s! The best pizza ever. Fresh ingredients and a good crust. You get to cook it at home which makes it even better. No cold soggy pizza by the time you get home! You can even grill this pizza and it is absolutely delicious. The customer service at this particular location isn’t near as good as the food. We showed up at 7:35pm…they close at 8. The girl taking our order rolled her eyes at us because we looked at the menu to figure out what we wanted. While I was waiting for my pizza to be made the phone rang. The girl was not thrilled that these people on the phone actually wanted to order. She continued to roll her eyes and make faces while on the phone and then threw the phone after she hung up and said we have another damn pizza to make to the girl who was making them. AJ (the girl actually making the pizza) was very nice and polite. I was amazed at how put out this girl was for having to do her job.

I think that this is the best pizza with the best prices in town. Yes you have to bake it yourself but it actually adds to the taste and the freshness of the pizza. This is always a good go to when it’s a last minute dinner decision. The Cowboy pizza is one of my favorites.

take and bake is more like take and be sick. When I prefer Pizza Hut over this place you know there is a problem. Not recommended *at all*. Pizza crust taste like rubber and topping are Sysco/​chinese imported special topping (in other words highly toxic and make you sick!). Never will eat here again.

I love, love, love takeout food and I love, love, love pizza — –but Papa Murphey’s? Take me home to my own kitchen and I will do better. This is THE WORST pizza I have ever eaten, If you buy it, make certain you have plenty of paper napkins because the crust is super greasy. There are good pizza places near by — -don’t ruin your meal with Papa Murphy’s.

take ‘n bake?! what a great idea. we had a couple of their pies, one of which was a 5 meat stuffed one. although it wasn’t chicago stuffed; it was pretty darned good! they were perfectly cheesy and just the right amount of toppings imo. not too overboard, but didn’t leave you just biting into dough and sauce.
for those of you who are having trouble finding a decent pizza in texas, i would recommend giving this place a shot. good ‘za in tx is hard to find.

I love this place. Very friendly, their pizza is extremely fresh. It is also cooking for dummies. If you can’t take it home and cook it to have a great meal then you have no business owning an oven.
