I keep going back. I love the service and find it very sanitary. I have always been offered a complimentary drink. I do the French gels for my mani and regular polish with flower designs. I had broken one of my nails so it was shorter than the others, so I asked if she could even it up by dipping the broken one. Wow, they came out great.
This last time I had done right before an international trip. It has been 3 weeks and they have held up beautifully. They look so good I will definitely keep going back.

I’ve reviewed this place before but it’s been about 1.5 years since I’ve been here so I’m gonna do an update. I still LOVE this place! Janice is who I love to do my gel nails. She’s amazing and makes sure every detail is right (edge to edge coverage, even and stays in the lines). She’s super sweet and always makes me feel welcome. I wish I had the money to come back every two weeks like I did before! I live in hurst and drive all the way here because it’s totally worth it. If you’re looking for a place to get your nails done on the reg or even just to pamper yourself every once and while, look no further, this is the place to go! Give em’ a try and I promise, you WILL NOT regret it!

Awful experience. Went with my youngest for nails/​pedis. At the reception area, I was asked by a gentleman what I would like on my nails (gel, acrylic, dip, etc.). I inquired about the dip re: price and length of time it would take to complete the process compared to my usual gel nails I get. He quoted a price and said it was «not very long at all». I filled out a white service sheet for each of us. One for myself and one for my daughter. We waited some time before I was taken to a table to start my dips. Soon after, my daughter was approached by someone to go to «pedi chair #2». She said she wanted to stay with her momma and was told «No no. You go.» (By Sandy-​my nail tech.) I gave them the benefit of the doubt and told my sweetie to go ahead and I’d be there soon. (Counting on the fact that I was told the dips wouldn’t be long.) I wanted to make sure she got her nails done like she wanted as we were leaving for vacation soon and it was her birthday. I don’t know the exact length it took for my dips, but my daughter was back at my table with both her fingers and toes done with art before I was done. Approximately 30 minutes after my daughter was back at my table, Sandy finished and told me to, «Wait here. I be back.» I obliged and we waited for a while. (30 minutes or more.) as a first timer at the nail dip process, I was thinking maybe I had to wait a certain time for curing or something along those lines. I had no clue! I even made it clear to her SEVERAL times that it was my first time having that specific service. Especially after she became obviously frustrated and flippantly told me to, «Relax your hand. Relax your hand.» I was as relaxed as I could get considering she was twisting my hand and fingers in an unnatural and somewhat painful position. (Side note: there was a black spot in one of my nails. I had a light pink with glitter and Sandy told me that, «This is just glitter. Just
So you know. It’s glitter.») After my thirty minute or more wait, Sandy came back to the table for me and said, «Oh. I forgot about you.» No apologies. No nothing. So now she tells me I can move. I proceed to the pedi area. In return, I get blank stares. No one has the slightest clue that I wanted a pedicure as well. I told two people. It was written down on two sheets of paper with two separate names. Where is the mix up? Kim, the manger, tried to check me out. I informed her I was short a pedi. She showed me my ticket and she said. «Oh. I thought you just wanted dips and so I put you both on this one ticket.» Ummm. No. I specifically wrote out what each of us were to have. Plain as day. So now, I’m getting apologies. Kim is apologizing. She gets me to a pedi station as soon as she can. Still apologetic. I was still smiling. Then… I soaked… for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I was watching patron after patron come in, be greeted and offered drink after drink. I was not offered a single taste of water much less a soda. My toe person (we will call her no name. She wasn’t wearing a name tag nor did she introduce herself) was in and out pretty quick. I asked for a Diet Coke and she ignored me. My daughter offered to get me one and went and couldn’t find the Diet Coke. She said it several times. NOT ONE PERSON BATTED AN EYE. So rude!!! No Name finished, told me. «Go over there» and passively pointed to the nail drying station. She also literally threw my ticket at me and said, «Take this with you, too.» I did. She left. My purse and shoes still sitting where I left them. My daughter went and got my purse and shoes for me. Not a minute later, my pedi tub was overflowing with water. All over the floor!!! I had to laugh to myself. Karma is a bitch. So now I’m drying my toes and start looking at my fingernails more. And I realize that the «glitter» spot on my one nail was definitely NOT glitter and I had Sasquatch nails! You know. The kind where you feel like your nails are clubs at the end? I sent a pic to my sis for urgent review. She said they needed a good file on all sides, but overall they looked good. I was tired, thirsty, and just plain over the nail thing by this time and my sweet, patient little girl was hungry. Sandy had told me in the beginning that no filing could be done after the dip was complete. So I was not smiling and asked for the owner. Kim said she was the manager and asked what was wrong. She got the full story. She took me over to the nail table AGAIN and she fixed my left hand. Then Sandy came up and finished. She was rude and was throwing my hands around and filing like a little beaver chewing wood nervously. I just laughed. So childish. She said. «You remember. I ask you if this good shape you say yes. You say yes.»
I then replied, «Well, I’ve had a couple hours since then to look them over.» Silence. She finished. I checked out. And btw, they do speak in another language when they are saying something about you. Saw it happen to another lady.

Very clean salon! They are also very efficient and friendly. They always offer me a beverage and make sure the water is not too hot/​cold when getting a pedicure. Sometimes, if you do not have an appointment, there will be a short wait, especially on the weekends. But most of the time, I can just walk in and be taken care of immediately. The techs are very professional and sweet. They use ear pieces to communicate with the owner/​manager so that everyone is not screaming across the room. There are plenty of chairs and different rooms for larger parties if needed. Best thing is, they are so close to my house!

1^st time here and LOVED IT!!! Walked right in on a Saturday afternoon. There were good amt of clientele there but still no wait! I had a very sweet lady named Loan. She did a beautiful job and made the cutest baby print design celebrating my upcoming baby with his initial. Offer complimentary margaritas, wine, soda and water. The owner is very attentive and friendly. Will def be back and recommend! Plus they have a frequent customer card. Scan 5 times for $ 10 off your massage.

Highly disappointed. I went in to get a refill for my acrylic nails. One nail was completely missing, so I had a new one put on. First when I walked in, I asked how long the wait was. She said none and to pick a color. I picked my color and stood around for about 3 minutes before someone else told me to take a seat. I sat down in a cramped manicure area. My nail tech, Kathy, was still working on her last client so I waited for about 8 minutes before she came to me. I would have appreciated if the front had just said it was going to be 5 – 10 minutes. Katie did not offer me a complimentary drink. She just asked how I was and started working. She didn’t really even ask what I wanted. I wouldn’t say it was rushed but she did an awful job at being friendly. She kept telling me that I wasn’t holding my hand properly for her. I was completely relaxed but she wanted my to bend my hands in ways that were painful. I would have appreciated her moving her body a little bit so I didn’t have to keep being in pain. I was highly dissatisfied with the shape of the nail that I had her add on. It didn’t match the rest and was messed up on one side. In addition to that, she applied nail polish thick and gloppy. Overall my nails look awful and I did not enjoy my service.
Update on May 29,2016: two of my nails broke already. They just kind of popped off. Pics included. I’ll repeat myself, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Money taken without a quality service.

This was my go to place for a while. I do love the way the place is decorated. I agree with another poster the manicure area is very cramped with no privacy. The pedicure area is really nice. I always get a gel manicure & they have their colors all screwed up. They hand you the colors to pick from & I’m like oh I like #12 (I always pick different colors each time) they couldn’t ever find what I picked saying the numbers just changed & would bring out several colors trying to match what I picked & it was never really right. This happened at least 4 times. So I’ve moved on.

Horrible!!! We had an appointment and a special room reserved for a party. We show up and already placed two people in party space, the staff lied and stated they were almost done (when they had just sat down) and completely unorganized. I requested a pedicure, she didn’t cut my cuticles, 2 seconds of massage and very poorly painted. I was then asked to get out of my seat as they needed to have my seat for another person. This was all in 15 minutes. The staff were rude, the pedicure looks like a 2 year old painted my nails and I felt rushed the entire time. I will never be back. Do not recommend at all. It is like a sweatshop in there and way too many people with zero privacy.

Ewww; I have not been to this salon, but the pictures posted on Unilocal look TERRIBLE!!! I will not be going to this place.

My search is over for the perfect nail salon… I love this place! The atmosphere has an elegant ambiance to it which is classy and the prices are affordable. This nail salon truly lives up to it’s name. It’s always clean and the staff is always friendly and very professional. This salon will not disappointment!

I have been to Oasis Nails & Spa twice and will continue to go there for pedicures and nails. Fiona took care of me both times. She provided outstanding service and was very friendly. I had the most incredible pedicure and went back a week later for dipping powder service. My nails were exactly as I asked for them. They looked great and lasted a long time. I highly recommend Fiona. She’s the best!

I don’t like their setting. Each customer has to sit down very closely. No privacy. Price is okay. Check the Facebook. You might find a coupon.

I was a couple of minutes late and they gave my appointment to someone else without calling me. Found another place to go.

Was driving by & decided to go in to try the nail dipping powder. I had been here once before to get a quick eyebrow wax & was in & out. Today I had the chance to actually look around as I waited. This salon made me feel like I was at a swanky boutique nail spa. I was welcomed with a smile & asked to fill out my check in sheet & browse the nail colors & someone would be with me shortly. Donna greeted me to follow her & immediately asked if I wanted a drink. She noticed my natural nails were short due to damage from my previous gel manicure & offered to add tips to make them longer. I’m glad I did! I chose powder #128 & she did such an awesome job that I think I have officially made this my nail place. Will be recommending friends & family definitely!

Clean, friendly, reasonable price and close to home. Will definitely be returning to this spa for mani /​pedis in the future.
Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was helped right away. First salon I’ve been to that did my pedicure at the same time as my manicure and did so with attention and detail. Glad I tried it!

Where do I start? nails, pedicure, massages and other salon services that are amazing. They offer it here. The owners take pride in providing a nice experience no matter the service. I do like the old style of music they play here… so much of it reminds me my grandmother or being in church as a child growing up. It’s comforting. Now I love good old rock n roll but the music and atmosphere make it relaxing.
I have had nails and pedicures done here but I mostly come to get my nails all pretty. I like the acrylics with gel nails but changed to the dipping nails which are much better for your nails. Ask for Kathy, she is the best nail tech in my opinion.
You can make appointments or walk-​in for services. They also offer rooms for large parties if you want to do group services. Just call for more details. FYI-​The Oasis was voted the best nail salon in Keller for 2015.

Great service for the price! I’ve had pedicures, gel manicures, and eyebrow + lip waxes done by them. Always got my desired results and the employees are not only professional and efficient but also creative and talented. Every gel manicure I’ve had by them lasted a long time, longer than the usually state 2 weeks, and I do a lot with my hands that would risk chipping. My last manicure from them lasted about 3 weeks before the new growth was obvious, and didn’t start to chip until a few days ago making it about a month. Looks like I’m due to go back! The pedicure still looks great, too.
They charge a bit more than other places in the area but it is absolutely worth it. I’ve had mixed results elsewhere but so far the service at Oasis has been excellent every time I’ve been no matter what I get done.

Dip nails! Just had dip nails done here for the 2^nd time. I like the dip because it last longer than gel. Mine lasted about 2 weeks so I came in, got them off, and got a new color. What I don’t like is how much of a pain it is to take them off. They’ll shave it down some than apply acetone, cotton ball, and wrap it in foil.
I’ve had Donna twice, I don’t have a specific technician I just happen to get her again. Nail dip is $ 35.

GREAT SERVICE AND VALUE! My first nail salon experience in Keller, chosen due to great Unilocal reviews and I was not disappointed. I usually get a pedicure and short gel nails. Joan helped me to feel relaxed and served. The décor is classy, the salon and bathrooms are CLEAN and the workers were attentive to the customer the whole time. Gel can be tricky and expensive if you don’t do them properly. Joan did a great job! My mom is a cosmetologist and I’m from Los Angeles so it has been difficult to find a good nail salon in Texas. I couldn’t be happier with Oasis, I found my spot for nails!
