Much of my career was been in banking technology sales and service. I’ve seen the best of service, a lot of everyday mediocre service and some absoutely inferior service. Companies such as Sewell, USAA, Nordstroms and The Four Seasons have always fascinated me for their exemplary treatment of customers. Modern Media has modeled its customer service after these businesses.

Since the invention of the PC, I have been captivated by how technology can improve our lives. Technology can be doubled-​edge sword. It can do wonderful things to improve our lives. But it can also be frustrating when it does not work properly. Modern Media takes pride in designing media systems that are reliable and simple to use
