This location is now closed. I was walking by, as I have done before, and noticed that the lighted signs for the emergency/​ambulance entry were upside-​down and backwards. There is a sign on the door with the next Legacy location (see photo). Personally, I would head over the the Baylor Emergency Medical Center (
), though I am surprised by some of the bad reviews (mostly insurance related). I am very impressed by Baylor in Southlake and Trophy Club.
Bottom line: Would be nice if they included this location on the map in the window! This part of 1709 is called Keller Parkway, not Golden Triangle. 1709 to the east is called Southlake Blvd. Unless you know the area, this map is very confusing.

Went in around 3:30 in the morning with extreme stomach pain. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and thorough. I did not have to wait, I was taken immediately. I was diagnosed with an appendicitis and ended up at Baylor for an appendectomy. Their location is very convenient and I was very satisfied with the quality of care I received. Needless to say, I hope I don’t end up there in the near future, but I do have peace of mind knowing they are there if I need them.

The 2 times I have needed to bring my teenager in, they were absolutely the best! They remembered us! The staff is always funny, endearing, and thorough. The office is immaculate as well! I don’t mind driving over there, I would choose this office over ANY urgent care around this area!

Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable doctors, nurses and staff. I went at 9 pm last night and had excellent care from the time I walked through the front door until I left.
