Same people who run the Southlaketents company and they are HORRID! Shey — the coordinator– initially comes across as very helpful. Howevee, she is a scatter brain. She doesn’t have office hours or a location and will call and text at random hours. Unprofessional way to run a business. Double charged my card, wouldn’t get back to me within a reasonable time period. Cancelling was NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE because their website was «down» and the emails were kicked back over and over again!

Do NOT use this company. I ordered a bounce house, a pop corn machine, and a balloon artist. The bounce house was delivered over an hour late, they didn’t supply pop corn even though they said they would, and the balloon artist never showed up. I paid over $ 100 for the balloon artist. I called and called and left message after message with no answer or call back. After a few weeks I called again and finally talked to someone saying that my money would be refunded. That was a year ago. I still email them asking where my refund is and never get a response. They never pick up the phone, so don’t bother calling. They then have the audacity to email me thanking for being a customer and if I use them again, I’ll get $ 10 off my next order. Thanks but no thanks. I’ll never use this company again.

They were an hour and a half late on delivering. Then they decided they wouldnt be picking it up until the next day leaving us to roll it up BY OURSELVES so the grass it was on would not be damaged! The next day I get a call from them saying they were coming to pick it up and if we could please unroll it to let it fully dry… When I specifically said I would not be there when they picked it up and even if I was how could I unroll the HUGE thing by myself and WHY ON EARTH should I be doing their job? The slide itself was fun but the service was unacceptable.

Do not rent from this company! You prepay for services and then they no show on the day of your delivery. Thinking about taking them to court. This isn’t the first time.

I ordered an inflatable and margarita machine for my sister’s going away to the airforce party. The inflatable arrived. They asked if they could pick it up Monday and I said that was fine. It was dirty, ripped, and wet. The margarita machine never arrived. I called 3 times and they never picked up. I had to go and get drinks at the start of party because I had told the guest there was going to be a margarita machine on invite. I had to call them because Monday came no one came to pick up the inflatable or bothered to call me about margarita machine refund. I had to leave my car in the rain so that their inflatable would not get stolen or wet. Finally they picked up inflatable Thursday. He said he would refund me for margarita machine. He refunded me but without the taxes. So their bad service, bad business and I still had money coming out of my pocket! Do not recommend them at all! I complained to owner and he said he will do the full refund. It’s been 2 weeks since party and have not received it. I wish I had read reviews on facebook before I rented from this place.
