Using fresh food offerings from the Keller Farmers Market, the FnG menu brings together the perfect blend of creativity, inspiration and skill to create exciting dishes based on homestyle favorites as well as new innovative offerings. Everything from its small plates, entrees, desserts and even its cocktail menu are developed to be a culinary experience. And best of all, every dish is served with a big helping of hometown hospitality.
History
Established in 2012.
a restaurant kitchen where you work side by side with the same folks for many years, you end up earning a term of endearment or kitchen family nickname that everyone calls you.
For years the kitchen nickname given to Executive Chef Bob Stephenson was Gordo (Spanish for «Fatty») while Chef partner Carlos Arevalo, was called Flaco (Spanish for «Skinny»). While Bob’s not as gordo as he used to be (after dropping 160 pounds), the term of endearment is all about kitchen family love. Keeping in line with our kitchen family love, the name was shortened to FnG, then Eats was added on and the name FnG Eats was born.
