Fair prices and good selection. Did not end up buying floors from this company because their sales guy made very inappropriate comments regarding another flooring company in Keller. I would never do business here based on the remarks he made. Owner might want to train employees on what’s appropriate and inappropriate especially related to ethnicity, religion, etc.

We are having our office remodeled and the salesman (Tommy) has been wonderful. He’s advised us what will work better in certain areas, what will sound better and has kept our budget in mind. Tommy has worked with one of the owners before and the crew did a fantastic job on their house. We will definitely purchase from him again when we remodel the back half of the office.

We’ve had yet another horrible experience. We picked out the laminate flooring and received a quote for it. We called them to tell them we’d like to buy it and they sent us the invoice, which we signed. What we didn’t realize is that they transposed the product # from the email to the invoice. Our installers picked up the product that was obviously on the invoice and we now have the WRONG flooring installed in our house. They have been blatantly rude and will not take responsibility for their mistake. Tommy, who is apparently a salesperson, not a manager, informed my husband that they do not want to do business with us and that we’re essentially stealing from them. He said the owner, Carlos, told him not to speak with us anymore. BEWARE.

I had about 1100 square feet of tile that has the wood look. The pricing was more than fair, definitely better than Home Depot and the installation crew was very thorough. Tommy was my sales guy and he worked with me to change the grout at the last minute. My only recommendation is to be liberal on counting bags for leveling, we needed far more than estimated. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place! The floor looks amazing it took five full days to install but very worth it.
