I have been going here for about 6 months for threading. The ladies are always very nice. Pinky and Samina have always been my favorite but yesterday they were not at this location so I saw Jayanti. I needed no touchups after I saw her. Usually there is a couple random hairs I have to pluck. But she did a great job!

I’m sitting here in the lobby waiting for my friend to get done with her threading and the receptionist and a eyebrow tech are here talking about other clients they are cussing in front of another client here in the lobby very dissatisfied with their manners here. I will be sure to never return. Also when my friend came out she no eyebrows horrible!

I’m new to Texas, I was looking for a place for my eyebrows. Good thing I found Arch brows salon & spa. First of all the packages they have are affordable and convenient! And the technicians are very professional and knowledgeable!

I’ve learned over the years (have been having my face threaded for over 8 years) that everything depends on the technician that does your face and brows. I hit it very lucky on my first visit and plan to continue with the same technician either at this location or the one in Colleyville, the two locations where my tech works. I was extremely happy with the job she did. She was very thorough and conscientious. I’ve been going to a different salon but have now changed. I was sorry to read where some clients had a bad experience. Definitely do not use that technician again. Try a different one. When you find one who does a threading the way you like it stay with them.

So far so good! I’ve been twice now, and was threaded by two different, and very meticulous gals. Great pricing and packages, and a wide selection of treatments are offered. My eyebrows are the only reason I’m currently visiting. I’ll be a repeat customer because of the location and very kind and skilled staff. Until next time!

I used to love this place. I considered myself a regular. I went in this afternoon to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. I’ve been growing my eyebrows out for 4 months to have thicker, fuller brows. I told the woman to trim them because I have an event. She was rough on my brows (and lip) and when I got up to see them they were not trimmed, they were reshaped to a shape that wasn’t my natural shape. I didn’t say anything. I just left, got in the car and cried. I went from 80’s Brooke Shields to 2008 Lohan. Not good. I guess I’ll be using a brow pencil now. I’m not sure if I’ll be back. /:

I went here for a wax and it was great! I have had this service at various places before this was the best experience so far. The staff was very friendly and professional, I didn’t wait a long time, the place was clean, and it was CHEAP! A lot of their services are even buy on get one half off and buy on get one free. I definitely will recommend this place.

Very unsatisfied when I left there with hardly any eyebrows. I asked the lady to just clean up around my already existing eyebrows and she barley left any .I’ve never had to buy an eyebrow pencil because I’ve always have had thick eyebrows. When I showed the manager and wanted a refund she refused and gave me an eyebrow pencil… just in time for the holiday season :(I will never go back.

Stay AWAY if you want to leave with both your eyebrows in tact! My neighbor highly recommended this place. I wanted waxing, not threading. The girl was irritated after she tried anyway to thread my eyebrows. I told her again and again I wanted waxing. She finally brought me to a different room. Waxed my eyebrows, she literally waxed off ¼ of my eyebrow. I asked the receptionist to have someone fix it, the girl she sent me to LAUGHED in my face!!! Yes, laughed. I walked back up front, the receptionist then called the owner. The owner told me not to pay and would issue several credits onto my account. After being stuck there for over an hour, no one wanted to touch my eyebrows to fix them and I had to go somewhere else to try and fix what she did. Weeks later, my neighbor who told me to go there in the first place… Wound up having the same girl who laughed in my face take off a HUGE chunk of her eyebrow! The girl came out to the lobby where I was sitting waiting and was talking to another technician in another language and at the end said «go fix it» in English. At that time my friend was already walking to the front asking for a manager. That technician stood in the lobby arguing with my friend. Again they had to call the owner, that same girl got so irritated was making comments in whatever language they speak and walked off giving us dirty looks. If you want your eyebrows at the end… Stay out of here!!!

I am giving this salon an above average because the ladies who gave their service were really great… but be warned. I would not suggest trying to use a voucher from Unilocal unless you don’t mind being put in an uncomfortable situation and don’t mind confrontation.

Sadly I have to rate them 1 star. I used to LOVE this place! They do a fabulous job on my brows and though higher than other places, a much better job. I just went here two days ago and I was treated like dirt. No hello, just a «what do you want» I said the triple deal. The lady that did them was ok but then asked if I had a package? I said no just the triple deal, she pushed for me to buy one but I said no thank you. Then I went to the front counter to pay and I had to wait for the girl to get off her cell phone. She was having a conversation about «hanging out tonight». After about 2 minutes, she hung up and said «do you have a package» to which I said no. She looked at me and said phone number? So I gave it to her and she couldn’t find me in the computer. So then one of the others girls who was standing there siping her sonic cup said «this one» and took over, then looked at me and said «do you have a package». I said for the third time «no I do not have a package I want the triple deal please». The other two girls standing there looked at me like I was trash and then looked at each other and laughed. They
commenced their conversation about «what club they were going to go out to that night». I then went to pay with my American Express card, to which one of the laughers said «do you have another card?» I said I do why? She said, we don’t use this one. So I found another card. From that point on they didn’t say another word to me. The girl slapped the receipt on the counter and so I signed it and handed it back to her. Not a thank you for coming in, have a nice day, nothing. She slapped my copy of the receipt up on the counter and turned back to the two other girls and began the «going out» conversation. I left. Never again will I go back! Your staff thinks they are pretty cool but treating customers like this is not.

This place was not at all what I was expecting from outside! Great prices make this place a steal. My only reservation is the girl was not as thorough as I like in a bikini wax, but in her defense, I was not able to endure as much as I usually can that day.
Flash forward two days later, I broke out in a rash in the areas waxed, which is usually a sign of cheap wax. But, you get what you pay for.

Two stars in the Unilocal world means «Meh. I’ve experienced better.» Truth be told, this was my first wax job, so I technically haven’t experienced better, but I feel like I should have.
It hurt like the dickens, but I kind of expected that one. What I didn’t expect was to walk away sticky and with quite a few stray hairs left lingering. And that is why I feel like I could have experienced better somewhere else. I’ll give them one more try, but then I’m moving on.

I come here for crystal micro about every 6 weeks normally Perisha (I think that is her name) does it. She is very nice and professional. The owner and her husband are often working the front of the house and are VERY nice and friendly. They do a KILLLLLLER job on the eyebrows I swear I looked like a Vogue Cover :)
I would recommend there services def over the two I reviewed!

I’m a newbie to threading. I’ve heard about it but never dared try it until groupon advertised a super sweet deal for this place. And I’m so glad I gave it a go. I’ll admit I was nervous because I didn’t want to walk out with brows worse than I came with (haha) but the aesthetician was a pro! Takes great skill to maneuver those brows with a piece of thread, and the results are far superior than waxing (you get a more defined brow). Does it hurt? Not really, no more than tweezing does.
Whatever pain I had was totally worth it! Can’t wait for my next experience.
