History

Established in 2004.

ALL PRO Roofing and Construction was founded as Ware’s Contracting in 2004. After being medically retired from the United States Marine Corps, T.J. and Jackie Ware began performing construction and general contracting services in the Dallas/​Ft. Worth metroplex. Having both been raised around construction (the Ware family has been in the housemoving, foundation and demolition business in Ft. Worth since the 1950’s) it was a natural transition for them to begin their own business. Initially focusing on fencing, decking and flooring, now their main focus is on providing quality roofing and insurance restoration services.

Meet the Manager

TJ W.

Manager

TJ is a Fort Worth native and has been involved with construction since working for the family housemoving business and working summers on a brick-​laying crew as a teenager. A private pilot and retired Marine, TJ lives in the Keller area with his wife and children. They enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing and playing sports. TJ is also proud to serve as a board member for the ministry BESTWA focusing on feeding and supporting impoverished people in Liberia, west Africa.
