Good experience. My brake work turned out to be a little more than the estimate, as they found something else wrong(that I also suspected), but then it always does. Also found more things that need to be fixed, but since they are not safety issues, I will do them latter. I would definitely stop by for an estimate and see if you like the look and feel of the shop. I did. Bottom line: Definitely on the«get an estimate from» list.

Buyer beware. Would not recommend having work done here if you expect to have your warranty honored. Even when it’s in black and white that our warranty was still valid for several more months we were told the warranty was up. Bottom line– they don’t stand behind their work.

Friendly and honest. Had to come back for a car inspection because the gentleman who is in charge of inspections had left for the day, but the next time I returned, the wait was short. Owner enjoys visiting which is unusual in the automotive world. Oil changes done quickly and reasonably. I would recommend.

Took my car in to get power steering hose replaced. They tell me everyday my car will be ready and come up with some excuse why it was not repaired. They have now had my car for a week. I Will never use them again! I’m worried about there mechanical abilities! But I don’t know since I don’t have my damn car back!

I came here from a friend’s referral. The best thing about this place is the honesty which is worth it. LOCATION: Keller on 377 past Watauga. Note this place is not as close to the street as other businesses so it is easy to miss. The driveway entrance is also a little narrow. STAFF: I dealt mostly with the service manager who I was surprised actually went out to the garage bay area himself along with another mechanic to look at my car. He came back and explained what I had suspected — another shop had performed unnecessary work on my vehicle, likely to fix something they damaged in the process. I asked him what the charge was for this, to which he said no charge for the inspection(I think they normally do charge, but this may have been due to the referral). He was kind enough to show me diagrams detailing the work(done by the prior shop) and where it is likely they cut corners or damaged a part. At no point did he try to sell me any fixes or repairs or try any scare tactics(i.e. You better get this done or you may be in serious trouble). In fact, I was told my vehicle was fine as is and would not need anything done at all but to give him a call if I had any additional concerns or on bringing it back in. ENVIRONMENT: The waiting area is a bit small, but adequate given I think most people drop their car off and have a loaner or get picked up by someone. Thus they’re probably not waiting very long. You also have a decent view of the garage area(Depending on how many vehicles are in) so you get to see the mechanics running back and forth and actually working. SUMMARY: Am I looking forward to needing car repair work done? Hell no — who would? But if it comes to it, I look forward to actually knowing a better place to take my car to now.
