With our new 10,000 SF Estate Sale Showroom inside Le Shoppe Too at 3325 Orchard Lake Rd. in Keego Harbor, MI 48 320, we have the capability to host Off site Estate Sales of any size. Whether you require a traditional in home estate sale, an auction, or just have a few items you would like to place on consignment in our showroom, Managed Estates has a no worry solution for you. If you have a home in a gated community that does not allow estate sales, or just don’t want a crowd traipsing through your home, Managed Estates can move your sale off site to our Estate Sale Showroom. From packing, moving, setting up and hosting the sale to cleaning the home in preparation for the new owners, Managed Estates professional team of appraisers, packaging pros, movers, and maintenance cleanout specialists will meet and exceed your expectations for what an estate sale can be.

History

Established in 2000.

Managed Estates was founded by Leslie Miller, Art Department Head of a Major Public School District, and Experienced Collectibles, Antique and Art Afficianado. Leslie has specialized knowledge in Pottery, Crystal, Ivory, and Asian collectibles, Jewelry and precious metals. She is a highly esteemed expert in all forms of classical, vintage and modern art with a vast knowledge of local, regional and internationally acclaimed artists. Rick Behar became a partner in 2010.

Managed Estates has a knowledgeable and hard working staff of estate sale workers that assures the success of each and every sale project we take on. Our resume of satisfied customers and estate sale attendees is the testament to our diligence and realistic/​reasonable approach to every item we handle.
