I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Unfortunately, we did not look at Unilocal before actually using this place or we would have known what we were getting ourselves into. It has literally been a nightmare experience dealing with Cabinets to Go. They have prolonged our kitchen renovation indefinitely due to their lack of responsiveness and lack of inventory. We have been waiting for a replacement cabinet piece for the last 2 months. When we initially ordered it the piece was on back order and took forever to come in(over 1 month) and the whole time they couldn’t give any ETA. When the piece finally arrived the entire front face was damaged. They apologized and had to order a replacement piece for which they could not give any ETA because again this was on back order, after about 2 weeks a piece arrived in the mail but it was the wrong piece. They apologize and send out for another piece, we wait another 2 weeks only to receive another wrong piece. During this entire time my fiancé is calling them trying to get updated information and can’t get anyone to give him information and/or return his calls. We go through this process for a third time only to receive another incorrect piece. My fiancé then asks to speak to a manager and gets an entirely new cabinet shipped out to us, which takes them at least 2 weeks to confirm it’s coming from China and then another week to actually get it out of California and to our house… only to have it arrive today and have the same piece that was broken before be broken again. This has been the worst experience ever and not worth any discount they could ever offer. PLEASESAVEYOURSELFTIMEANDFRUSTRATIONANDDONOTUSETHISCOMPANY!!! 9 on your side needs to do an expose on just how awful they are!

THANKYOUSOMUCH!!! Your alert saved us from making a big mistake by dealing with cabinets to go. We were very excited when we saw the TV ad for 40% off plus another 40% off. We called a relative to come with us to the store(he was in the business), but your reviews saved us a trip. Good luck to all of you.

This place should be called Cabinets where did you Go? The outside is a huge warehouse but the inside is a small showroom the size of a large living room with a tiny office. I don’t know why they tell you 3 weeks on the delivery. I had seen a man complaining to them about this when I arrived and thought it was a one off thing but now I am stuck in the same position. It now has been months and still no cabinets. They said that they had some of my cabinets at the warehouse and the remaining parts are to be delivered soon. That was said weeks ago. Ok, here is another scam that they do. First when you come in they tell you that an 8ft by 10ft section of cabinets will cost around 2,600. They show you great quality stuff in different woods and it seems like an incredible deal. They offer to do a mock up of your kitchen on the computer but when they are done somehow the price becomes around 6k. Any little variance from their exact stock 8 by 10 layout will cost you big time. One cabinet alone was almost 500. So say they offer a 36 inch base cabinet and in your kitchen you can only fit a 30 inch, instead of them saying ok we can swap it out, they actually say they will remove the 36 inch from the stock and charge you 456 $ for the 30 inch. After a few of these maneuvers they basically have you thousands more then you should be paying. The staff is nice and sweet but so was that con man on Canal street hustling people with the 3 cards. I am not sure if this place is mismanaged or the staff is just told to constantly lie in order to get people to place orders. I wish I would have went with the original Home Depo recommendation. I would have spent a few hundred more but I would have a kitchen and a reputable company to back it up. Stay away from this place.

Stay far away, trust me! We purchased a whole new line of kitchen cabinets, excited about the great pricing and timeline. They said to expect everything in 3 – 4 weeks but not to start any renovations until confirmation that everything is in. We were not living there yet so we decided to start the renovations on the 3 week mark. What a mistake as after a call and spending an hour on the phone, we find that everything comes from China and takes 3 weeks just to get to a US port. It then takes an additional few weeks to get to the store. Our date for the last item to arrive was pushed from the beginning of October 2014 to the end of December 2014! Imagine something arrived broken? We would have a new kitchen by spring 2015. The staff at the store is very friendly but they cannot control this and will admit that the Ivory line is the most popular and backordered for months. We received a full refund, went elsewhere where we paid a little extra and now enjoying our new cabinets within 2 weeks time. They cannot guarantee any timeline and will casually tell you that your items are 3 months backordered like its not a big deal but before you buy, its only«3 weeks» so be forewarned! If you can wait 6 months for your cabinets you might have better luck.
