Shhhhhh!!! This club is the best kept secret in NJ!
There are 7 red clay courts and the membership rate is very affordable without hourly court fee! It is a dream if you’re an avid tennis player. They offer various different tennis clinics for both adults & children from May thru October. Claudio Urra, the head pro is a great instructor and really keeps you movin’ (and groovin’) during the clinics. They are both fun and challenging!
The atmosphere here is very laid back and intimate where it seems like they are all an extension of a big family. Members vary in all ages (Oldest member is 90 y. o and he is quite dashing and will probably beat you on the courts!)
Added bonus: Traditional «Tennis Whites» are NOT required! In June, they will host NJ State Div 1 Championships which should be a lot of fun. I plan to go watch some great tennis as much as possible.
