This is a place to have a really great coffee or espresso. Located within the Holiday Inn, next to the restaurant Sozo. Don’t be turned off by the location, and go support this start-​up. The owner is very knowledgeable about coffee, brewing methods and quality (and friendly). Locally roasted beans from Nebraska and Topeka, KS. Pull off the interstate and go! I’ll be back.
