I visited the car wash yesterday and was disappointed about the service. The help was kind and courteous, but failed to inform me of my antenna. I realize there are signs to read, but as you’re navigating into the wash, it’s hard to remember. I guess I expect their help in reminding me. The owner said it was my fault.
