I wasn’t expecting much getting our carpets cleaned when moving out of our rental but was very impressed. They were available immediately and the price was great. The carpets looked amazing now I want to use them for our new house. Pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend to anyone. Save your time trying to get a hold of other companies who have a flat fee no matter what the size.

Our carpets were FILTHY! Rafael showed up early and assessed the damage. Since we live an apartment complex, he used the portable carpet cleaner, and the results were excellent! He removed all the carpet stains and made our carpets bright again. He also did the area rugs. He was very friendly and his prices are affordable and reasonable. So glad I went with Spot On. Will use again next year!

Rafael and I got the dates mixed up and I desperately needed him to show up on the last day in my apartment before move out. Despite the mix-​up, Rafael said «no problem.» He was at my apartment in one hour and left the carpets perfect – even my cranky landlord commented on what a great job he did. Had our studio apartment carpet cleaned after tenant moved out. There was a half a dozen stains or so on the carpet. Spot On showed up 8 am (on the dot) Saturday and did an awesome job. Very professional and friendly! Will use them again!

I have had my carpet cleaned countless times over the past 20 years. Never had I met someone as nice and hardworking as Rafael.
What’s so great about this firm and why is it different than the other places?
1) Rafael arrived at my house a few minutes before the appointed time, and was very warm and friendly.
2) He got rid of all of the stubborn spots that have been around for years! Every time I walked by him, he is scrubbing out the various stubborn stains that won’t come out with the normal wash. Well, clearly, he knew what he was doing.
3) He saw a runner rug that was dirty and volunteered to clean it for me. What a nice man.
Rafael is a hardworking man who stands behind his work. And his business partner April called back the day after to check on the work to make sure I’m satisfied. The answer? I’m a super happy customer!

I had a great experience. I’m very meticulous and particular with cleaning, so I didn’t think anyone could meet my expectations, but Spot On did a great job. I had my stairs, two bedrooms, and living/​dining room done at a really affordable price. There were 3 stains that I wanted to get rid of and they’re all gone now. The cleaning guy, Rafael, was super friendly and went out of his way to take care of some pretty dirty crevices. I generally don’t write Unilocal reviews unless something is great or terrible — this was GREAT. Highly recommend it!

Spot On Carpet Cleaning gave me exceptional service! In preparation for out of town visitors, I scheduled an appointment on Sunday morning (when most carpet cleaning companies are closed) to clean 2 heavily stained rugs. Rafael quoted me a price that beat all competitors and his work is meticulous! He was able to remove all of the stains and now my rugs look like they are brand new! I am so pleased with his work and recommend, to all, this hidden gem of a business!
