Had Rickles tonight for the first time out at Bkack Island Farms. It was so delicious

They were one of the food trucks at a conference today in SLC and the food smelled great, so I was eager to try it even though I’m not a huge cheesesteak person. I have to admit, I was impressed! I got the cheesesteak with provolone cheese and cherry peppers. He said it was spicy hot, but it really wasn’t too bad — I actually probably would’ve preferred more peppers! I also tried their potato chips and they were bomb! The meat was super juicy, tender, and flavorful. If this food truck is in the area, I think it’s worth a try! Plus the service was friendly and quick.
